Reception seems not to be bother on any booking early checking out or changing.”

I booked the hotel for total 5nights and checked in 16th of Feb 2019.and I was supposed to checked out by 20th.and I've called agoda ccustomer care and let them know that I have to check out day earlier than the actual date that I was supposed to.but at the reception they charged me for total 5nights even if I stayed 4nights.that was rude.once I was asking them they showed me a fake log witch they wrote in a peace of a paper that I did checked in on 15th.even the guy who was at the counter couldnt speak english.please be aware of this kind of nonsense.

Good value budget hotel in Batu Cave area”

This is my 2nd time returning to this hotel, so obviously they are doing a good job! The staff are very friendly and helpful, they genuinely are trying to create the best hotel in a very rundown area, and they are doing a good job of it. I'm amazed how many people complain... what are they expecting? For the price, it's great value. The only problem I had was that sometimes the WiFi stops working for a long time, and that's bad if I am working. Other than that, it's really good. If only the other guests would refrain from smoking when walking about... but can't blame the hotel for that, and you'll find that everywhere in Malaysia. Must keep that window at the end of the corridor closed because it lets mosquito in. If you must open it for ventilation, then put an insect screen. It would cost you less than $10 to put a screen on that window.

      Good value budget hotel”

Good price, great inclusions, easy enough to find

If you can't stand the sight of backpacks but you're on a limited budget, this is the hotel for you. Sure you could save yourself a few extra ringgit by staying at one of the dedicated backpacker and "el cheapo" places in Chinatown, but think of all the compromises you have to make. If you need to stay in Malaysia for any length of time, this place offers options that few hotels can match. Breakfast = Not too bad by Malaysian budget hotel standards, and if you've stayed in low cost hotels in Malaysia before then you know exactly what I'm talking about. The menu never changes and it's self-service. What's on offer is boiled eggs, hot dogs, baked beans, toast or bread. The toast (or bread) can be topped with butter, kaya, or strawberry jam (not always available). Sometimes idiots put the spoon from the butter in the jam, ruining it for others, so please don't be one of those people. Toast takes a long time to make because toaster only cooks one side of the bread at a time. Dinner = You have choices of a few small vendors that make hawker style stir fry on the spot, or there is a small open-air restaurant directly outside that serves a variety of Malaysian standard restaurant foods, plus a small burger stand that is sometimes occupied and does not show prices. Walk a little further and there are more choices, but mainly Indian food. The best place locally is the Thai restaurant *opposite* Wifada Seafood Restaurant (who take themselves too seriously)... they don't speak English, but if you can speak Malaysian or Thai, or you're willing to let fate decide what you eat, you could do a lot worse. Recommended: Ikan Stim 3 Rasa ("Pla Tu Sam Rod" in Thai), which is steamed mackerel served in a sweet and spicy Thai style sauce with just an edge of lime. Room = Comfortable bed, adequate shower with low pressure but working water heater, floor and bathroom clean.

      worst hotel ever”

room is super dirty with cobwebs and dust everywhere. The whole hotel looks creepy and smells bad. Even the room stinks. Safety is questionable as most of the rooms don't have proper lock including the room I was initially given before I demanded for a room change. In the night, you can see drunk Indian men hanging around the hotel and drinking that you will be afraid to even walk out of your car and head to the hotel's entrance. No proper car park space. The only space provided is a small un-tar area. Overall stay was a total nightmare!

Rooms were not ready yet when we checked in about 4pm. No toilet paper, towels, shampoo , tv controller and bottle water. One of our rooms can’t lock and we request for the repair but still the same when was told repair done. Due to this one of our phone adapter was stolen. We told the staff at the reception but she said she couldn’t help! That’s was the worst service that I ever had! Not recommended at all 👎👎👎👎👎

this hotel doesnt look anything like on the picture. lack of cleanliness, linens were dirty and doubt if they even change it. at the point of check in, we witness an argument between a customer (family with kids) with check in (Chinese gentlement). Basically the customer not happy with the cleanliness of the room and the staff refused to entertain the customer . at the end the customer check out and left with much of regret. no refund were given.

      It is a good stay”

I booked this room for my brother. I review a lot of apps but Agoda is the best one and also the cheapest. I was so particular when it comes to choose the best room at affordable price. All I can say that, despite of negative comments in review section, my brother told me that the check in process was so smooth & very fast. The staffs are very good at their job. Room was clean, aircond was good, toilet also in good and in clean condition. The only problem that my brother have is the Wifi. Wifi is terrible, very difficult to connect. Better use your own internet data. I hope that this hotel can fix this issue in future. My advice, if you pay in advance through credit or debit card, please contact them and confirm your room status. Overall, a good value for money. Highly recommended for traveller or anyone who are looking for cheap hotel.
