Huge, But Not Recommended”
No maintenance. The aircon in the room is not function, water heater at toilet also is not functioning, and even the kitchen water pipe is leaking. Location is far away from town. Hard to get owner for the key as her phone always no one pick up. Noting is provided at this bungalow. Will feel scary at night coz the environment is dark and silent. If come in a group and looking for budget, it may consider to stay.

Impressive accommodations, but ...”
This is a home stay and not a hotel. As any accommodations, there are pros and cons. Pros You will get a WOW factor when you walk in the house. Huge 6 bedrooms that can accommodate 12 people. There are mattresses that you can lay on the laminated floor to sleep additional people. The place is very well kept and clean. Excellent place to stay if you frequent Batu Ferringhi. Cons Very far away from city center, about 45 minutes drive and an hour from the airport. Please bring your own towels. Toilet paper is limited but there is a hose at the side for washing. Even though it's a home stay: - - You are not able to cook as there is no stove. - You are not able to wash your clothes as there is no washing machine. Some side notes, when I contacted the owner of the house to collect the keys, I was asked to pay a deposit of RM300 (around US$71) for incidentals. I was surprised as it was not stated when I booked my stay. I personally like the place and highly recommend it if you are fine with the cons.

Perfect place but had some trouble with the owner”
we had some problems with the owner 1. we are suppose to check-in at 3.00 pm. but the owner came later than that. 2. We are not from penang. so we don't know the street very well. We asked the owner to come to our location,but he didn't manage to do that. We are quite pissed that time. And you know what, the owner didn't even apologise to us! 3.when we want to checked out, the owner asked us to go to the town to give the key. The town is quite far actually. I would not recommend this house. the house was beautiful though.
