Nice place set high on the hills of Batu. We really enjoyed the weather, the scenery, and the facilities. A nice place to get away. My companions really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and huge selection, but it was all Indonesian food, with no real western options (still good though). Great place for the price!

i went to Batu with my friends, i chose this hotel randomly without any expectation. it turns out the best hotel i ever stayed in (seriously, within the price i mean) . we stayed in the hotel (not the villa) in front of the infinity pool. the room was for 3 people so it was large. the swimming pool, breathtaking, if it wasn't chilly i would swim until late. the breakfa...

First time to Batu and well worth the 2.5 hour drive from Surabaya. The location is beautiful and the Villa overlooked the town valley. Very rustic Villa with timber throughout... No aircon or fans but the mountain breeze is ample and so fresh. Cooking facilities are average and recommend to bring knives and an extra pot/pan.... We had to make do with their "one pot, o...

It is our first time travellin to Batu and we had booked 2 rooms. The staffs kindly placed our rooms connected together (glad that there is connecting room). The beds are all twin beds but they are connected together to form a large king bed. The rooms are spacious and very clean and so do the common areas. For the price, the resort provides the facility that meets o...

we have stayed as a family back then when our kid was 2.5 years old. by that time it was an excellent hotel (i think the best there is in batu at the time). two weeks ago, when our daughter is already 24 years old, we went back to the same hotel to meet with some family from different city. we were hesitating since the hotel would have been quite old by now, but mos...

The concept is fresh, combining the chilly atmosphere of Batu and Japanese touch. The room is spacious, clean and very polish. They offer cottage type of room that might consist of 2 or 3 room, depends on your needs. The food is so so, but the view is extraordinary. The hotel also offers yukata rental and public onsen. For those who have not gone to Japan, must definit...

Hotelnya luas banget, asri, sejuk dan pemandangannya bagus.. saat paling menyenangkan adalah ketika kita bisa sarapan pagi dipinggir kolam renang ditemani suara ayam yg berkokok. This is our second time stay at el Grande Hotel. Our family choose this hotel again because location near to Jatim Park 3 about 15 minutes by Grab. Our room in first floor. It was great and beyond my expectations. the atmosphere was great, the view was great, staff was ok, bathrom was really clean and easy to use even when you are with children of two. the food was good, the owner of the tekopi cafe was very friendly and nice. one thing though, springbed should've been more bouncy not stiff, in my opinion. other than that, overall ...

overall experience is very good. we got a room on second floor with a nice view. we can see the misty mountain from afar. no aircon but it's ok since the weather in batu here is not that hot, maybe 24 c at noon and 18 c in the morning. breakfast is very good. on the first day they served nasi goreng and soto ayam, and on the second day they served nasi goreng and some...

this hotel is very ideal for family stay because the room is soooo biggg! it's suprisingly newly decorated, very clean and tidy, and to me the big surpise was that they provided toiletries! toiletries never provided in small hotel. so, for you who don't mind using hotel towels, soaps, shampoo, tooth brush, and tooth paste (... yes, tooth paste!), you'll be very happy t...

Hotel is near to almost all edutainment places in Batu, to Selecta & Cangar. Price is very much efficient, compare to the facilities provided. Staffs are helpfull & cooperative. I like very much stay in this hotel. And I will choose this hotel again whenever visit Batu, Malang.

All condition & Property was good & comfortable but only the taste of breakfast was standard and sometime less than delicious. one more, the air conditioning is not available only exhaust fan, so the room less than cool even the weather in batu is cool.

we had 2 nights of stay, the house was clean, the view from the balcony was excellent especially during the night. the house located near housing complex, yet convenient store was not around, so you better buy some foods or snacks in batu city center before arriving at the house.
Cheap places to stay in Batu

Tv cable suka pindah chanel sendiri. Suka desain kamar to kamar dan pencahayaan. Recomended, kalo ke Batu akan ke sini lagi, starte...

Five stars for the location and the price, even though when I came, the owner said the triple room I booked was not available and proposed a family room (for 4-6 peope). The price was still okay though they didn't provide breakfast. Lots of restaurant in front. The owner was so informative when I asked him how to find souvenirs. WIFI available. Clean enough. Hot water ...

the location is good. It's about 700 m from Museum angkut with an alfamart next door. However, the room was in dire need of maintenance. The room is big but the space can be better utilised and the furniture was basic as best. The bathroom had no hot water and the shower head is broken. The bed had seen better days and the pool was emptied out.

I was quite surprised. O3 is small and just new Homestay. But, it seems it will be a great place to spend the nite. If you have business around BNS, Alun-alun Batu City, then O3 is the correct Homestay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. You will find also quite big enough parking area for around totally 5-6 cars. The environment is quite comfortable and less noise.

We booked a Deluxe Double room but upon check in they gave us the Standard Double room, which was downstairs on the ground floor, very noisy, the windows had a view of the car park and had no natural light coming in. When we spoke to the receptionist they said they were booked out of the Deluxe Double and upgraded us to a Executive room, which was very nice. I’m not su...

I stayed in a superior room and it was big enough for 3 little children to move around and yet the adults (2 adults) could still have our own space. The breakfast was standard (fried rice) but we didn't expect much actually. One of the reason we choose this hotel was the swimming pool, but unfortunately it wasn't clean enough and no children pool.

The location is very nice, almost on the top of panderman hill. It has a very nice view, clean and fresh air.
