The hotel is clean and the breafast is very standard like fried rice and fried noodle.
It is the perfect location if you want to hike to the top of the vulcano as you are already halfway compared to every other tour that start from the village.
Breakfast was amazing, cleaning was perfect, stunning view, super kind staffs.
The staff delivered breakfast to the room and I had a nice veggie egg omelette and fruit.
Location was awesome for those who wishes to do the trek.

The room and pool where really nice and new and fresh and the views are breathtaking. Mt Batur is to your backside as this place is located on Mt. Batur but you have a view of the beautiful lake and the gorgeous green volcanic mountains on the other side of the lake with large panoramic windows and lots of light. Primo!!! We were in the front most facing room. The staff delivered breakfast to the room and I had a nice veggie egg omelette and fruit. The road up to the place is definitely "off road" but they were actually improving the road while we were there. The faucet in our bathroom put out water kind of funny but that is not a big deal. I've noticed this to be pretty common in Bali with water faucets being a little funny. I did a 2 day get away here and will look forward to returning to Green Hill again in the coming months.

SuperB Hotel for Batur Hiking”
We saved 20 min hiking as this hotel located on the way to go to the top! Also could save same amount during coming back. Breakfast was amazing, cleaning was perfect, stunning view, super kind staffs. Highly recommend. I'm sure there won't be better value for same amount of money

Amazing Location”
Just situated at the bottom of Mount Batur. Many people stay here to tracking up to the top of the volcano. It takes 1,5 hr before you reach the top. From the hotel you may enjoy the amazing view of Lake of Batur/Kintamani. Also another mountain namely Mount Abang. In the evening you may experience 19~20 degree Celcious. And 17-18 C at dusk.

Perfect to escape from the city”
We were not sure what to find when we booked our stay here but everything was just incredible! The hotel has 4 bungalows very spacious with ensuite bathroom, TV, fridge and a wee sofa just outside the door. There is a lovely infinity pool with sun beds and of course a stunning view of the lake. There is also a common room used as restaurant but you can also have your meals in the room outside sofa. The hotel is halfway up Mt.Batur and is accessed only by a challenging off-road that can't be done with normal cars. But don't worry because the staff has an amazing 4x4 and will provide transportation for free. So take note of the phone number and contact them prior arrival. I think it is a perfect location if you want to isolate from the rest of the world and enjoy silence. Awesome tranquil view ”
The view of the hotel is amazing! You can see a mountain and the Batur lake from it. It’s magical! The place is on the mountain. Staffs are super friendly and attentive, they are willing to take you to the hot spring and I guess anywhere nearby you request.

Excellent, Mind blowing, Superb”
first of all I would like to thank the manager Kadek and the owner Artawan for making our stay and sunrise trekking more then expectations. The resort is at excellent location and for most, the sunrise trekking starts from this location only. So you will not have to wake 2 hours before the trekking start point and reach by car to start ur trekking. Thanks Agoda and Kadek and Artawan for providing us an excellent experience.

Road leading to location was a nightmare. DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE IF GOING ON YOUR OWN, LOOK OUT FOR SMALL SIGNS. Very serene and peaceful. Very cold at night. Mindful of fly attacks during day. Drones of them. Give the staff 1hour notice of what you want to eat for dinner if you plan to buy from them as it's a long wait otherwise. Bfast was not too shabby. Best to let staff know 1 day in advance for them to prepare. Watch stars at night and enjoy both sunset and sunrise. Don't watch TV. Phone network for Telkomsel is good but drains battery I think due to reception grasping. Wasn't disappointed at all.

This place is quite nice once you get over the rocky, small alley to get to it. My favorite thing is the terrace overlooking Mt Batur while waiting for the sun to rise. Our villa was the first villa you see when entering Batur Green Hill. My second favorite thing is the hospitality of the people. The furniture are pretty old. I understand that this is a hard time for all Villa and Hotel owners. Just to be able to survive is already hard, let alone renew things. Not bad. We might come back.

Hotel em geral bom. Comida era boa, localização boa principalmente para quem quer subir ao vulcão, dado que se começa a subir directamente de lá. Um dos funcionários leva.nos e traz.nos ao centro da vila sempre que quisermos dado que o acesso ao hotel só dá para ser feito de jip. Sítio bom para relaxar.

Great place. All new but still under construction. They are presently building their restaurant. Great view but difficult to find and the road leading to the resort is really bad. You need to call the hotel as you get off main road and they come and get you with their Jeep. All will be fixed for the high season

Location very very far in the middle of the forest very very difficult to access The access road is very very very bad Local people hardly knows about the hotel existence Staff very nice and helpful TV channel very limited Wifi only available for few hours of use No thin curtains so the choice is only to be seen completely from outside or completely closed so guest cant see outside without being seen

+ Perfect view especially when sunrise before 6 am. Cold with 16 degrees celcius. Helfull staff. Cottage room only 8 rooms, i think. Worth to book here. You can see Bukit Abang and Batur lake view. - Room needs renovation, such as, bathroom door and change your bed. No signal for TV. For traveller, dont find the hotel with waze, it will lead you on bad experience journey.

i choose the hotel since i have plan to have trekking mount Batur. the last approx 500m road toward to hotel is quite rocky road. but a honda brio can do. the local hotel is surround by various plantations. so expect flies, but they provided insect repellent. the hotel is clean and the breafast is very standard like fried rice and fried noodle. the view from hotel is beautiful. luckyly, the hotel location is the nearest hotel to mount batur.
