The best thing about this hostel is the location: well connected with the transport, few minutes walk from the Museum Island and not very far away from the Brandenburg Tor. I had a 5 beds room with ensuite shower and toilet in two separate rooms, which was very convenient. Everything was clean and the ambient was really quiet.

hope they can have provide a hot water dispenser. this would be esp useful during cold days. thou staff says we can request from them, but unfortunately the staff is u usually busy answering other customer.

For Berlin, the price is very good, clean and best of all, 25% discount off food ordered at Belushi,s, the name of its restaurant. Authentically German! Currywurst and beer. Unlike some bunk beds in other hostels, the upper bunk does not creak!

Good location, good room, but very poor cleaning”
good room size, clean linens, everything cool but the big an most important, not really clean. It seems that nobody have ever cleaned the floor and under the beds there was a lot of dust. The hostel needs to put more attention to clean better the rooms, which is very important for most guest, and I am not blaming the cleaning lady, because she probably does not get enough time to clean each room

baxpax downtown hostel is located at the mitte area of berlin and its only about 5mins walk from the nearest train station. Staff are friendly and place is very clean.

Just what we were looking for”
We went 5 of us on summer holiday to spend a week in Berlin and we chose this hoste because of it locaton (which is perfect), price-quality relation and facilities for groups. The staff was nice as well and they spoke english perfectly. I'd only change the breakfast, it would be perfect if it was included in the price. If I should go again to Berlin this stablissement would definitely be between my options.

The location was very central and accessible from different stations and transport; room although small was clean and decently comfortable. Loved the large windows. Receptionists spoke perfect English and they let me leave my large luggage safely in a separate room before and after my booking. There was noise from downstairs from people having fun and drinking as mentioned by other reviews but I think past 10pm they quietened down a lot (as per the "rules") and it didn't bother me much.

Good value. Easy access to anywhere.”
This is a good value hostel. It is at the city center and has easy access to anywhere since it is near two railway stations and one subway station. The staffs are friendly and informative. Guest can get information about current event and tourist spots easily. The hostel also arrange walking tour every morning. I recommend this hostel for those who travel especially backpacking to Berlin and would like to explore the city for a couple of day.

The location is fantastic, it's less than five minutes walk to one of the main stations in Berlin. But bear in mind that you have to pay 2.50 for the linen which is a little bit weird. Also the staff is not very nice. They're willing to answer all your questions but they're a little bit rude. It's a typical big hostel without strong special features.
