Beautiful romantic spacious ”
Our large sea view room was third floor 2201 on a corner. Great balcony. Three sinks with two in separate dressing/bath areas. Excellent TV with many channels. Excellent bed. Very helpful staff. Only one option for breakfast and it was Chinese-style so we went out to eat. Peaceful location with lovely garden. It was our anniversary and hotel gave as a delightful gift to celebrate.

very polite, courteous and helpful staff; got any possible support and assistance (especially with translating English - Mandarin); remote but "refreshing" quiet area; transportation will be required to get around independently although bicycles are available without additional costs (distance to Kenting Little Bay approx. 10-15 min. by car, to Baisha Beach a walk of approx. 10 min.); staff will help with scooter rentals; beautiful, clean and spacious rooms; accommodation highly recommendable.

AA++ service, great stay despite post-typhoon weather!”
We had looked forward to some beach time in Kenting but as the typhoon had just hit the week prior, it rained the entire time we were there. Nonetheless we had a great stay, thanks in large part to the excellent service and wonderful rooms of this Guesthouse. The whole design of the place deserves an award (if it hasn't gotten one already): the designer/owner has made sure the place is mostly made out of natural materials like wood. The attention to detail really made me feel more at home. It has a little shop with cute natural products to spend in case the weather is bad. Our special thanks to the front desk host who spoke the best English (Andrew? Sorry we forgot your name!) who made such an effort to help us have a great stay; doing our check in and waiting our table at dinner within the same hour, offering my boyfriend some medication for his cold, then running back and forth to fetch it, and a lot more! Thanks :) We will have to come back again when it's sunny.

Beautiful and modern”
It names "guesthouse" on Agoda but I would say this accommodation is more like a hotel. It is new, modern and beautiful, although there is no swimming pool. The staffs are nice and friendly. The location is not so near to Kenting main street, but since we were driving so there is no problem at all. There is a restaurant at lobby and I think the taste is good.

Great and cosy interior, quite place for relaxing”
Nice place to stay if you drive, 20mins to Kenting main street which you can get street food and souvenirs, also 20mins to Hengchun main street. You can pre-order breakfast and diner at the Bay Forest at lease 24hr before, for not well planned person like me is not possible to make this plan. Room facilities are great, because I like the wooden style. For 2nd floor or above can enjoy the sunset view if the sky is clean.

Best stay in Kenting. Clean and spacious room with very good breakfast. Enjoyed my 2 nights stay with the resort. Staff were friendly and helpful. Love the comfort of the super king sized bed and the good shower. Definitely will stay again when I visit Kenting.

Beautiful ocean view room and large rooms”
The staff service was awesome, the location was a little bit far from Kenting main road but it is next to a very nice beach that has a Caribbean vibe with a bar on the beach and barbecues. The ocean view was absolutely stunning from our balcony. The room was also very spacious with high ceilings and a very nice bathroom. I would definitely stay here again, great place!

A little bit of heaven”
Beautiful hotel with gorgeous room. Excellent customer service throughout our stay. Free bikes to go to the beach (10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to the public beach nearby). Lovely landscaping and music in the lobby make you feel transported. It's mostly a hotel for Taiwanese, Japanese and maybe Chinese. But they took great care of me (an American who only speaks English). The "Western" breakfast is a bit odd: a barely cooked omelette with ham and a sausage plus sometimes chicken nuggets or fried chicken (!), French fries, potato salad, and/or a green salad with corn kernels. The breakfast coffee is very bad. No one knows how to use the Jura on site, and the free coffee at breakfast is barely drinkable. Bring your Via! All in all, the strengths outweigh the weaknesses, and I would come back again.

This is more than a hotel. Must stay for the experience. Staff are super welcoming and accommodating. Perfect for families or groups. Breakfast and snacks were amazing. The rooms are very spacious. Facility is excellent if you like privacy.

5 mins by bike to White Sand Beach. Free bike provided. Clean and spacious room with good odor smell filled around the hotel. You can see the sea through the window when you open your eyes in bed if you stay in a room with sea view. Last but not least, delicious breakfast. You can select either jap or western style breakfast. I recommend japanese type. Btw, this hotel is 15 mins away from Kending street by driving. Prepare for this.

This place is like a heaven that no one bothers. The room is clean and large, quiet at night. It is especially near the port that people can view the beautiful sunset. I love it.

Good for peace and quiet but not for sighseeing”
The hotel is a boutique hotel with nice layout. If you stay at this hotel you must have your personal transport if not it is very inconvenient. On premise there is only breakfast and lunch, there is no dinner venue you have to go to their sister properties which relies on transport. There is nothing nearby that is walkable...even the sea is far to walk unless you cycle. I was there during the hot season which is in end of May and it was too hot to even go out. On the premise during my stay they have some concert at the hotel which is noisy in the day time.
