Great Hotel, Highly Recommended”
One of the best hotels we have stayed at as a family of 4 in Asia. Great service from the front desk staff. Room was clean and smelt fresh. Wifi is really good and room is provided with a free to use handy mobile phone where you can book tickets to any attractions in Singapore and all calls are free. Mini bar in the room is also free which the kids enjoyed the drinks and snacks daily. Hotel location is the most ideal with VivoCity Shopping Centre directly across the road with ease of transport and access to Sentosa. Highly recommended cannot fault and would stay at again in Singapore.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and modern with a excellent selection from the mini bar which was included in the room. The facilities were fantastic with a long outdoor pool and gym. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have seen with great selections, the restaurant was also to a high standard with excellent waiting staff. During our stay one of our children had to seek medical attention due to a fall, the manager and the staff at the hotel were so helpful and accommodating to our needs which was very much appreciated.

Loveliest hotel I have stayed!”
Everything was good especially free minibar (all are free included drinks)! The room was clean, not too small, decoration was okay, but the toilet was quite narrow. I love how I could go to the pool, sit and look at the sky at night (a bit cool: cloudy and windy sometimes). The staffs were also helpful and friendly, they always greeted the customer when s/he walked in. The hotel location was very good, it was opposite to Vivo City Shopping Mall and also eased to travel to Sentosa Island . As the result, I would definitely go back there if it had a chance.

Truth to be told that the hotel is just across vivo city and sentosa is easy. Mrt is just a 2 min walk, and accesible to all mrt destinations. Bar is free!!! And refillable everyday, you will be handling a phone curtesy of the hotel so there’s no need to buy a sim, for you can call locally and abroad and data as well, unlimited. Staff are so helpful and accommodating and trusted clean up lady. A great hotel highly recommended. A choice u will never regret.

Excellent Hotel n Location is a 10 .across the road from Vivo City shopping centre. MRT foodhalls ,eateries, cafes, cinema , monorail to Sentosa. Everything you need is there. Rooms at hotel are clean .Staff are amazing . Free mini bar replenished each day. Smart phone to call Aust..My 2nd stay here . Stayed a wk at a time .love it .Will definitely stay here again

Great location and good size room”
Great location, just a few minutes walk to the large shopping mall (good for the food court) and MRT station so easy to get around Singapore. We chose the Deluxe room as the standard room looked way too small. It was perfect, free water, coffee facilities and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We were here during Pokemon Safari Zone in April - we chose the hotel given its proximity to Vivo City. Rooms are comfortable, even though bathroom is a bit weird - no where to put your towels etc. Love this hotel regardless because the price is affordable and its location is superb!

Amazing Staffs at front desk Professional and friendly warm welcome during check in even its late at night Sherlyn was patience and smiling towards the guests and managed to handle the situations very well on her own with a few other guests lining up without long waitings. Every staffs were with kind attitude especially Han and John. Very attentive and helpful house keep services provided. Great locations... One of Our fav accommodation in the Lion City FYI at our covinence they have laundromat on 6F. Thoughtful for in house guests. Satisfaction about their recently renovation.

The hotel is ideally placed near the cruise terminals, MRT, Sentosa Island, and airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful, clean rooms with free minibar, wifi and travel phone that can be used to make free international calls. Great bar/restaurant on tne rooftop with views to Sentosa. Highly recommended!

Friendly attentive receptionist”
Location across Vivo shopping mall. Where you can take cable car, train to Sentosa Island. They let us check in early because our room is already available. Reception people are very attentive my son left his bag with passport in the lobby n they kept it for us. Room kinda like boutique hotel. Dont expect a big room like 5 star hotels, also the hotel is beside highway. Some rooms might hear the sound of passing cars. Lobby is on 3rd fl, 1st fl is the restaurant.

Perfect Staycation”
I was greeted by the friendly staff upon check-in and allocated a room at the higher floor that comes with a great view. The entire hotel, including the corridor was filled with a pleasant scent. I love it that the mini bar is free. The location is just opposite Vivocity which allowed easy access to a whole variety of food and shopping. The entire stay was just so perfect. I will definitely go back to the hotel for another staycation.

We loved this place epecially for its locaion. It is very close to Sentosa that we could just walk. It is right across the Vivo City mall that we almost always go there for meals and to buy stuff that we forgot to pack. We also liked the breakfast buffet in this hotel. Food choices are plenty and set up is well arranged.

Great Hotel with Great Location”
The hotel provided generous sized rooms against more bigger brands. The location is quite central and close to Vivocity Mall and Sentosa. You can easily visit other areas like Mount Faber on foot. The room service was polite and were always available for help.

Convenient Location with Nice Room Environment”
We were so lucky to get room overlooking Sentosa, marine port & Vivocity Shopping Mall. Surprisingly traffic noises were less disturbing given that our room facing expressway and main road. The hotel location was between 5-10 minutes away from Seah Im food centre, Harbourfront MRT and bus interchange. The hotel reception crews were friendly, polite and professional especially having to deal with one arrogant lady ranting about her reservation. Thanks to April for attending to our reservation with so much friendliness and politeness. We enjoyed our 1 night staycation. We will return again soon. April & team:- Good job, keep up the spirit - everyday is not Sunday; and we cannot please everyone who passes our way. So maintain your good friendly polite cheerful attitude... we will be back soon :)
