Good Room with a decent view”
We originally booked an ocean front room but instead got a corner room that still had an amazing view of the ocean, but not the whole front of it. The staff were friendly and gave us a discount for the mix up. It was still a great room. I didn't expect it to be like an apartment. We still had an amazing time and was a good little getaway that didn't feel like a usual hotel room stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to get away and relax even with kids for 5 days and 4 nights. I had 6 kids me and my husband in 1 room and I my mother in law and her fiancé in another and they loved it too. Check out day was the hardest cause no one wanted to leave. They loved playing in the waves of the ocean(this was their 1st time and the beach), finding shells, making sand castles, seeing dolphins

I stayed one night in a studio. There is no refrigerator in a studio. There is a coffee maker, but you’re not provided with coffee. There was nothing horrible about the resort. The wifi didn’t work too well and the toilet kept running. I also stayed in the “Seaside” for one night, which cost less. In Seasdie, I got a one bedroom with two beds and a Murphy bed and a full kitchen. So, Seaside, which is a few buildings away from Bay Watch is a much better deal. There are however more amenities at Bay Watch.

Pro-Parking Deck keeps your car cool Location on the beach and easy access. Con- each time we requested items needed the crew didn’t come in until 9 am which is fine, however the front desk didn’t have the supplies or access either. I think they should have access to give out supplies before 9 am.

Restaurants were only open limited hrs. Rooms were ok. Towels were not replaced at pool enough. Had to have key for room door reprogrammed 3 times which was very inconvenient walking back and forth to kind out keys didn’t work. Staff was very friendly.

We only stayed one night but with checkin at 4:00 PM and check out at 11:00 AM you really only get a first impression and that was BORING.. Nothing impressive here.

Great View, Nice Rooms, Broken Appliances/Door”
This is a nice hotel, great amenities, beautiful ocean views. The only thing is the appliances in our room most were broken. Our blender, coffee pot, tv in living room, and our door wouldn’t take our key most of the time we stayed here. We got a full kitchen to save $ on food for breakfast and lunch but when things aren’t working it’s hard to do. Just check your room and appliances before you settle in so if you have problems maybe you could change rooms.

Checked in late so couldn’t take advantage of anything but room. But balcony in am was nice. 18th floor gave great view of ocean with no obstructions. Hard to get luggage cart plus —Couldn’t get answers to questions, dialing 0 night or day—always busy signal

Not what I envisioned for a resort”
Food was terrible, for being a resort I was pretty unimpressed until I got to my room. My room was in the south tower, my friend was in the north tower -avoid the north tower, rooms were outdated. Front desk girls were amazing!!! They need some recognition for their amazing personalities!!! Whoever manages this hotel needs to replace their tiki bar staff. For a person who works in guest/customer service, I would be appalled if this was my waitstaff, I didn’t even want to tip them. I personally wouldn’t stay here again. Far from a resort feeling, more of a hotel than a resort. Parking was easy too!
