Very cozy and relaxing hotel. Close by to bayan baru market and stuff. But if its heavy rains outside Remember to checked your car parked at the hotel lawn. You might wake up having your car floor and carpet all wet submerged by the floods.

This is a pleasant place to put up for business purpose, especially if you are conducting work in Bayan Baru and Bayan Lepas area.

All of us have a good experience staying here. We came in a group that have younger children, handicap and elderly. The place is quite, clean and makes us feel like at home. We are satisfies with the place. On the other hand, we do experience some minor difficulties such as the house unit has been change to a lower level, the water drain inside the bathroom was clogge...

Very good, clean and a lot of restaurants surrounded. If I must be picky, the only down side is water pressure very low hence not very hot water. But honestly, it's still absolutely fine. Extremely useful and friendly staff, very clean and it looks even better than the photos! 100% recommend!

I had only a short stay. This hotel is at Bayan Baru, slightly out of town centre (George Town). Taking a 'Grab' from town area costs about MYR16. There are not many eateries nearby. Ms. Nuru ,the owner of the condo unit is a very good host. She helped us find the missing suitcase of one of us and sent IKA, the very nice woman who accompanied us to the Grab office to claim the missing suitcase. The apartment is locate at bayan baru which is near airport. You may need own transport to go georgetown. Friendly owner, apartment is spacious and clean. No complaint.

Nice and wonderful experience in this condo. Inside Elit Vacation Home have 3 room, and each room also air con. The living room is spacious and clean. Their kitchen have complete tableware and appliances. Suitable for whole family or group of friend who want to have home feel. Highly recommended.

We love this place so much. Used all the facilities - Infinity Pool, Sauna & Steambath. Reasonable price indeed. Will definetely stay here again if we go to Penang with the kids.
