The Hotel double charged us on our debit card!!!”
We booked non-refundable room, so our debit card is charged already. But when we check in, front staff use our debit card to charge us again. And we known it later after we r travelling to another city. Lucky that we have check it in mobile application. When we call to hotel, staff there cant do anything to help us. Only transfer our line to Baymont Assitant and nobody answer the phone. We try several times and everytime is the same as they just throw u in Baymont Assistant . Finally I have to call Agoda agent to help us to contact the Baymont, but its waste our time for 2 hrs. So I have to cancelled some of my plan on that day. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was nice & clean, and the staff were friendly & helpful BUT I had to call twice after I got home to get the billing straightened out. Also, the pool was FREEZING and unusable, which really disappointed my son.

The room was clean and well kept. Free breakfast was so so. My family was really disappointed to find out that the pool was closed. When we tried to cancel our reservation, due to no pool they would not cancel and said we would be charge for our reserved whether we stay there or not. This established is lacking in customer service. We will not stay here again and I will not recommend there hotel to my friends or family

Dirty, stinky, awful. ”
Stood at the front desk ringing the bell for 10 minutes to check in. Finally someone came to the front to answer the phone when my wife decided to call the hotel number. We were put in a basement room that smelled like a pipe busted 10 years ago and was never cleaned up. The pillows were terrible - slept with my chin in my chest all night cuz the pillow was 2 feet tall. Once I rolled out of the taco of a mattress, there was no hot water in the shower (6:30 a.m.). The hot tub was freezing cold. Useless internet in the room - when I asked about it at the front desk, he said “yeah once you get out of the lobby, the signal sucks.” Doesn’t look like they’ve vacuumed the halls since the hotel was opened. All in all, definitely not worth what they charge. Spend an extra $10-20 and go elsewhere. Quite honestly, you could probably go somewhere cheaper and get a nicer, cleaner room.

The Lady that checked us in was kinda rude to us. Our room was filthy!! The rug was not vacuumed and bathroom was not cleaned!! And they told me because we booked the a third party they couldn't give us a rebate. So no I will not say there again!!

Room was dirty and smelled like dog pee. There was hair in the shower and it wasn't ours. The carpet was torn in front of the bathroom door which looked like a dog clawing to get in.
