GOOD PLACE TO STAY”
They are located at the end of a no outlet street, nice and quiet. I would give them all 5 stars except the POOL WAS NOT OPEN and this is why we chose the hotel to begin with and THE side entry door was purposely broken to stay open by someone who had mal intent. That part was scary but we reported it and although they said there was nobody to fix it until the next day we shut it hard and it was still locked the next morning. Nice and clean. The staff very nice and it is right next to cracker barrel!

Fair hotel for a low price”
It's a fine place to stay if you can get the room for a good price. The building could use a bit of work though. I had a room facing the freeway, and the noise came through the old windows with ease. There were a few other minor things, but overall it was fine.

Under staffed, ”
The hotel is a good value for the money. Need more staff check-in time listed at 3:00 p.m. arrived at 5:00 p.m. housekeeping was so understaffed it seemed like half the available rooms had still not been cleaned, went to four or five rooms before finding one that was available to check into, and still that room had been hardly cleaned, two out of three trash cans had not been emptied, and room had not been vacuumed. Upon arriving to the hotel stood in the lobby for over 20 minutes waiting for front desk staff to arrive to start the check-in process. Upon arrival found out she was out trying to help clean a room for another guest that had checked into a room that had I've been properly cleaned and prepared. Was very pleasant and helpful just placed in such a disadvantage by the lack of total staff on the premises.

We had a king studio which was large and roomy. One thing the Corona Virus did was clean up the motels and restaurants. The bathroom and tub were clean, the rug clean, nice bed, slept well. There is pool and hot tub but down for maint which was disappointing but these things need to be done. If in the area again we would return.

Property is in need of a lot of refurbishment. Halls and rooms have a variety of odors. Elevator needs to be cleaned and serviced. The manager was clearly trying his best despite being severely understaffed, a problem I understand all too well. Only consider this hotel if you're very flexible on all details and not put off by the age or aroma of a property.

Good effort by helpful staff to provide a clean and comfortable stay and we slept well; room was missing linens but staff found them; free “breakfast” is less than minimal; the next night of travel, we skipped a Baymont, paid $10 more and it was well worth it

Filthy conditions. ”
The first room we had was not cleaned prior to us entering. The bed was made but the bathroom had urine on the seat still and the previous garbage was still sitting outside of the door. The front desk was very friendly and changed our room for us. Upon entering that room we were greeted with stains on the box spring which looked to be dried blood but I'm not sure also stains all over the carpet.There was candy that wasn't picked up which we had to dig out of our dogs mouth and there was a used coffee cup on top of the ice bucket that was still wet with lipstick marks on it. The next morning we were at our vehicle talkimg with another group of people had similar complaints. This place definitely needs a new cleaning staff and or updates. Would not recommend.

Broken bed, sink drain clogged. Informed management. Carpet in room and hall dirty. Floor in elevator sticky. Working people smoking out front. Cigsrette butts all over in front. Decaf coffee warm - probably from night before. Not enough outlets in room. Refrigerator not set to correct temperature.

Filthy ”
Avoid this one. Housekeeping has gone way down hill from a couple of years ago. Toenails and hair in bed, carpet so filthy and sticky your feet are black from walking across room. Blood on walls and blanket that was covered with 2 flat sheets. Moldy shower curtains, hair in the drain and on the floor, soap scum in tub. Makeup sheets, random stains down walls and on floor in halls. Carpet loose and pooling, elevator doesn't have a safety stop on door and will pinch you in it. Non smoking rooms smell like nicotine. Pool and jacuzzi are closed with no plans to reopen. So much I could go on and on. The poor guy at the front counter isn't paid enough to have to handle the complaints about this place.

Last minute Booking”
Needed to book a hotel very last minute (needed place immediately). This seemed like the best deal for a two day stay. The hotel was somewhat dirty and the room was very worn and dated - soiled cloth chair, all wall paper coming off at seams, rattling air conditioner, sink in room, the tiniest bathroom I’ve seen in the US. But, the bed was comfortable (we had our own sheets) and the room was quiet. I wouldn’t recommend but in a pinch I took it and saved $60 or $70. Wouldn’t do it again, though.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The staff is careless. I stayed for 3 days and I have to beg them to clean my room. The amenities are super old. Odors are strong. Just will not recommend even if it's free

Basically no breakfast. After everything says continental breakfast. Dude behind the counter didn't even know they had bagels to put out lol. Def a lil grab and go thing which is not what it says. And no remote in the room they one they gave us never worked. No glass thing in the microwave. And the guy behind the counter trying to fix another employees mistake triple charged me. Which now I gotta wait who knows how long to get back.

This hotel was dirty, it smelt like smoke everywhere, I had to kill multiple bugs in our room. Also the price they advertised on their sign outside was $20 less than we paid online.

This is a one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. They neglected to tell me that the laundry room was being redone and closed. The room was ok. And the pooland hot tub were closed. No wonder it's the cheapest around
