PRO: Very Friendly Staff, staffed 24x7. The free cookies in the evening were nice. Room was very clean & well stocked. Con: When I think of "indoor pool " I don't plan on walking outside to get to my room - The indoor pool is a Dome Covered Pool. One must totally dry off to go back to ones room, or freeze on the way back (ok under a 100 ft but at 32°F it matters!) And If this is all I can complain about, you need to know. It was a nice place to stay.

The weather was cold and rainy”
A short drive from downtown it was necessary to use our car to access restaurants and cafes. We stayed here because we had tickets for the steam train to Silverton. No lifts, we were on the second floor but the outside stairs were not steep and carting cases was not a problem. The swimming pool and spa were a joy to use on such a cold, rainy day. The breakfast was adequate only. We had to drive to the railway Station and use the car park which was $8.00

It is a run down hotel, the carpets, bathrooms and housekeeping suck. The pictures are deceptive and larger than life. I would pay an extra $50 a night and book my stay at another. Not going back to this one ever.

Not appealing at first and I could not understand the check-in clerk. I had to ask him to repeat several times , however the room was clean, TV was good, space adequate ,bed OK ,area quiet. Breakfast was limited but satisfactory. Overall the place was satisfactory but not quite worth the amount of money we paid per night

Misrepresentation ”
The Beaumont by Wyndham ad on Agoda is misrepresentation at its finest. The Baymont Wyndham listing on Agoda shows a beautiful pool and hot tub when actually the hotel has been going thru a renovation project for months and has no working pool or hot tub but does have full trash dumpsters by the pool and boxes and boxes of renovation materials stored in the pool area because they insist on keeping these items onsite and the pool and hot tub in the picture closed only for this reason. Imagine making this booking from out of town and showing your kids and family pictures of the beautiful pool we're going to swim in when we get to the hotel and imagine the disappointment when arriving. The hotel solution was to give us a refund? Really so where do we stay now in Durango CO in the summer - nowhere. This is the first negative review for a hotel I booked on Agoda I felt it was necessary to save another family from booking this hotel and having a similiar experience to ours.

Interesting that Wyndham just acquired this run down lodging. Sign says pool is having technical difficulties. No, it’s torn up, and no work is under way. There is an overflowing dumpster out there with trash everywhere.

Not too like able. Room didn’t have towels and staff said they had none for us. Asked if we packed our own(?). Really we are traveling towels should always be supplied. They did finally come up with a couple. We booked for 2 nights. So asked for more towels for next night. Got none.🤬

Not terrible and not special. It was clean, bed was comfy, and location was great for my purpose. The room was rather cold when I checked in, but it eventually warmed up. They do seem to be renovating some of the rooms and the pool, so it might be better by the summer.

The pool and hot tip are outside under a glazed cover which we really enjoyed. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice. The air conditioner was dated and worked ok but not great.
