Got a great price booking 3rd party. Good location, easy drive to car rental near airport. Friendly staff. With low price you always get the low budget crowd. Noisey inconsiderate ppl heard through walls all night long.

The motel is very clean with comfortable beds and spaceous rooms. They're pet friendly, too, but the pet fee for one night was $40 + tax which is very high compared to other places.

It is located not to far from the strip and it’s in a quiet area. Easy access to the airport and shipping. The place is a little old, but you are there to go out not stay in the hotel. The employees were really nice

If you can book this place for cheap and don't plan on spending time in the room its ok. Overall kind of a dumpy hotel, definitely don't recommend for a romantic getaway or anything similar. Its more of a place construction dudes stay while working here from out of town. I will say the wifi was decent and the water pressure in the shower was good, other than that its a budget hotel that's seen better days.

The staff was friendly and nice. The location was too close to homeless community. Both the outside areas and inside were less than clean. The room was ok.

Don’t waste your money ”
Hotel was dirty in the stairwells, smelled like pot, air didn’t keep up on 3rd level and was 90 plus in room u til 2-3 in morning. Couldn’t get a refund or change rooms even thought staff was aware of the issues on the whole 3rd level. Water wouldn’t stop running in the bathtub and toilet.

I had a bad a experience at this current location. Let’s just say everyone is not clean as others. The sheets were not clean, I had to switch three different rooms because they were all half clean. The refrigerator is disgusting I wouldn’t recommend nobody to put there food in there. The walls are just disgusting. A person first impression is everything and I was not satisfied. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Microwave, fridge and coffee pot are awesome features every hotel needs. The rooms were very well maintenance and clever towel folding. We also liked the window seat. The staff were very supportive of our service animal and we had NO animal charge or issues. We wanted to stay longer if we could have afforded it. The price through online ( booking.com) actually stayed true and were NO hidden fees, NO outrages deposites and NO RESORT FEES!!! And we absolutely LOVED waking up to on the house breakfast courtesy of The hotel!!! The next time my fiance and I rent a hotel, it will most definitely be Baymont Wyndham, Las Vegas south of the strip!!!

Nice location with great free breakfast”
staff was helpful and courteous. it has ref & microwave in rooms. location is 1 mile south of the airport so its off the strip. but its only a block to las vegas blvd, the main road through the strip. then its about 2 miles to the beginning of the strip. if you have a rental car this is a great place to stay. the hotels and casinos all have free parking so its easy to drive to the belagio or mgm in 5 mins. the strip is too long to walk so its better to have a rental car anyway. then you can visit red rock canyon park & hoover dam, which are less than 1 hour away.

Microtel Inn and Suites, Las Vegas”
We stayed at the Microtel Inn and Suites, Las Vegas May 28-30, 2010. I would definately stay again...it was new, excellent proximity to the airport, gas stations, restaurants and outlet mall yet an easy drive up to the south end of the strip (starting at Mandalay Bay). The breakfast was plentiful although sitting on easy chairs with a coffee table for our food was a bit tricky. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

this was like the best hotel ive been to in awhile! i had got to vegas earlier than expected and we asked if we could check in, the employee put us in a room right away! the shuttle to the strip so i didnt have to drive in the crazy traffic. we had a friend meet us at last minute. we got a good deal on the hotel room rate and there wernt many rooms left..he got the room right next door. we would wake up a little late inn the afternoon and we could go to the front desk and ask for our room to be cleaned while we were gone housekeeping would come clean and by the time i got back it was cleaned and ready! i could go on and on about this hotel...the best way to put it is good prices not to far from the strip and very very nice and friendly!!

Great place to stay for a reasonable price”
This was a last minute trip for me and I couldn't be happier with the Microtel Las Vegas. I was not in town for the strip, but it is conveniently located if that is your purpose. The rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was great. We loved the fresh waffles and cereals. There are also a number of outlet malls and restaurants close by - we really liked Buffalo Wild Wings in particular. I would definitely stay here again. Note: I never needed anything from the front desk other than checking in, so I can't speak for the service.
