Great staff and good prices”
I had asked about a rollout bed for my toddler because she kicks my 11 hr old at night and they bicker about. Since it was a slow night the manager just upgraded us to a triple queen instead! My husband and I had our own separate room within the room and it was a perfectly quiet night. The rooms are nice and updated. The kids loved the pool. The water slides are sensors, so the water only runs when it's being used which I thought was really neat. The restaurant was convenient but just ok. Mostly fried bar food, but for a night of sub freezing Temps and hungry traveling kids it worked out fine. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices. The cheesy eggs were actually good, which is gard to come by in a buffet style hotel breakfast. Overall, for family, this was one of my favorite places I've stayed with the kids. If we are ever on Bismarck again, that is where we will go.

Lexi handled most of my questions and she was wonderful. The pool and kidding pool were awesome - my 3 year old and 9 year old were both very entertained. I was able to relax while they played in the pool. The breakfast was good and we ate at the restaurant and it was good also. The menu was limited - I am assuming due to covid, but the food we did get was good.

The hotel is showing it's age, with peeling exterior paint, and dimly lit upper floor hallways. The facility has a large banquet room, and lovely breakfast area, with very "high end" decor in the restaurant & lounge. The children's pool and water slide looked fun for little ones. Adults could use the large hot tub. As with most pool areas, the chlorine smell was excessive. All staff was very pleasant.
