Unrealized potential poor maintenance”
1st room was over powering tobacco smoke, burn holes in curtains & bedding, faucet fixture was detached from counter, lamp shades were rusted or smoke stained, ceiling had marks, electric outlet had no cover, walls patched but unfinished, maintenance was lacking. Complained at front desk and were moved to 2nd room which was slightly better with less smoke odor, but maintenance was still poor.

Terrible hotel”
Took me two hours to check in, because staff was not on property. And off duty staff member happened to drive by and took the time out of her off day to check in three guest before the appropriate staff member arrived. The staff member seemed preoccupied with the large box of seafood she dropped on the counter when she arrived accompanied by two of her family members who looked as if they were spending the night with her at the hotel. Once I finally got in my room I was met with a funky smell that just seemed to be permanent in the room. There were two fist size holes in the wall just below the light switches. There were screws and tacs on the carpet, a mirror ripped of the wall and not reinstalled, and worst of all the cleaning lady came to the room to unintelligibly yelling at me asking if we're we checking out or not so she could clean the room. 5 minutes later she returned to the room to do the exact same thing. Worst hotel experience I've ever had will not return or suggest this location to family or friends.

The TV in both rooms didn't work. The toilets ran and rocked badly. The floors were dirty. The 2nd room refrigerator didn't work or the air conditioner.

green pool with trash in it”
this hotel is not what you see in the photos....I thought it was a nice place, but the ceiling is falling down, the entire place is in disrepair, and it looks like it has become the crack hotel of Mobile. The pool is green (not nice and blue like in the photos) and has trash floating in it....unusable, unhealthy, and a hazard. My son said "I feel like I am going to get mugged everytime we walk around a corner"...so we left. I am still working on getting my money back.

The rooms were not clean. Opened a drawer and it had roaches in it. We immediately left and went somewhere else. The young lady in the office was very nice about the situation and gave us a refund without any trouble. Not a very good experience to say the least. This was February 18 2022.

You hotel was nasty and filthy and the locks on the doors did not work. I did like anything about this hotel including customer service. The bed had spots on the sheets. Everything was unacceptable.

It's was unbelievable that's this hotel is in the worst shape ever and they r charging customers rediculous prices that's no worth it at all the rooms are nasty old out dated mold mildew all inside the bath wall floors bed and floors were horrible the Alabama health department needs to come and shut this place down immediately if u don't believe me go and see for yourself if u dare

Their rooms are full of roaches. I couldn't get my money back from the property. Didn't even have a shower curtain in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.
