Honestly I read recent reviews before arriving to this hotel and there was a whole bunch of things said but I swear it was the best hotel and bang for your buck. Beyond clean, staff was amazing, location great your close to everything, including universal and other parks. Shuttle buses are also available. Pool is amazing with towels available already there for you, small gym is amazing. Rooms are clean, no smell I promise you. Only thing is microwave is in lobby but it’s available 24 hours. But everything was amazing would stay again and recommend to families or anyone it was so cute honestly! The bad things I’ve read aren’t true their just Karen’s hehe.

Good value for the money”
This hotel is competitively priced with reasonable amenities, including a better-than-average warm breakfast and a clean swimming pool. The location is perfect if you are going to any of the Universal parks. ICON park is 2 minutes drive or 15 min walk as well with tons of attractions and restaurants.

Had a great time. Manager Yanelis was awesome. Had a problem and she quickly resolved for our family. This hotel is only a5 minute drive up the street to Universal. And we were a block from many of our favorite restaurants. I would definitely stay again

Grand Hotel is the Spot - literally & figuratively! The location is PRIME & the campus itself is LEGIT! Considering the bigger, more established brand hotels & resorts still come up short in certain areas, this real estate holds its own very well! I'll certainly stay here again !!

Great location, close to universal and have shuttle to universal&disney Fair price, it even includes breakfast. Friendly staff. Though a little wet and has some sound insulation problems, still a great choice!

Better than expected ”
Simple room, clean sheets ( freshly washed); clean bathroom. I was there with my 11 yo son and had all we needed. Good continental breakfast that was enough to keep us going. Location is great and there’s shuttle buses available at the door. Very good value for your money.

This was an awesome hotel. We obviously only spent time sleeping there but 25 mins max from all major theme parks. The pool was nice and refreshing. It had a small place for small food and also a little corner store for simple necessities

Perfectly Peaceful”
It was a very beautifully quiet hotel and a bang for the buck, considering we were only there a few nights it was just what we needed. The shower was the absolute best, and the comfort of the mattress without the hair of the last customer was the icing on the cake. Too many places I have stayed in and there was still hair etc from the last guest. We would stay here again.

My go to hotel”
I have stayed here 10+ times. I frequent Orlando several times a year because of the Theme Parks. I’ve stayed at MANY of the hotels until I found this one. The place is very close to Universal. It’s pretty clean, offers breakfast, very affordable and beds are comfy. That’s all I need. Could do with changing up the breakfast food sometimes. Same thing every day when staying for a week gets pretty blah. Only a few hot items but it serves its purpose. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was close to Universal Studios which was perfect for me. Free breakfast every morning with both hot and cold offerings. I wish the items changed as I stayed for the week and the same choices every morning became redundant. Alex at the front desk was a pleasure and made sure the few room issues I had during my week long stay were handled right away. Thank you Alex! However Matheus' customer service needs improvement. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and brought fresh towels and emptied the trash daily. The room was clean and comfortable as well as nicely designed. They matched the pictures on their website! The beds could have been softer and small damaged areas in the rooms need to be fixed (That most likely happened by past guest stays). But for the price, location, and majority of good customer service I was very happy with my stay!

Cheap hotel. I thought it was going to be dirty because of the price I paid for 2 nights but when I got there I was impressed with the room and location. In front of icon park. The only problem was one of the elevator was not working so we had to walk to the other side to get into the elevator for luggage. Other than that it was great and the pool was nice. The staff in front desk were a little sassy though.
