Falling down”
This is by no way worth the money we paid. The outside of the hotel was falling down. Our room waqs clean but the blankets had big burn holes in them and the bedspread had blood stains. The staff was excellant. A lot of work needs to be done to improve the looks of this property.

Uneasy”
The hotel's location to the airport was awesome, but it is on a rather unkempt, desolate road and next to an empty lot littered with tipped-over shopping carts and serving as a parking lot for semis and service vehicles. Our non-smoking room smelled very clean, but the bedspreads and blankets were full of burn holes, and the bathroom was very dark. The staff was fabulous. The desk peron who checked us on was very helpful and bent over backwards to assure us that our every need was met. We could not take advantage of breakfast because our of the earliest of our flight out.

Staffing and amenities ”
They do not have the staff to be able to operate at capacity. Breakfast said it was 6:30 to 9:00 our first day there breakfast was served 9 to 9:15 because staff overslept. There is no staffing at the desk at night so if anything goes wrong you are screwed till morning. It was dated and dirty and had a smell in The room

I was very impressed with how clean I t was. When we first walked in we were not expecting to see a room so nice and clean for the money. We were very pleased and our kids were to. Instead of looking our for all the stains and whatever else we all got to just relax and enjoy ourselfs.

I travel alot. I'm always reserved or in a Marriott approved accommodation. Due to pricing, I was steered away from the Marriott and was recommended by a teammate of this hotel. I have to say that I was very impressed with the accommodations such as the cleanliness of the rooms, updated modern features, staff, and the overall facilities. Definitely recommended these brand and will stay again in the future.

Check in was weird; via computer assistant. When we entered the room, it smelled musty and the carpet smelled so bad we checked out immediately. We were not offer another room, just a quick refund. We stayed at a Baymont in Fort Myers, and that one was very nice, clean and the facilities were available for our use.

In comparison with surrounding hotels, this was certainly the best deal we found at the last minute. The hot breakfast was quite good and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Wet, mildew smell”
The room was fine but the shower has been leaking for quite some time. The floor tiles were raised and water was seeping up onto the floor from the cracks. Black mold on the shower walls and ceiling. The smell was BAD.
