Needs upgrades”

This hotel is in serious need of repair, particularly the bathroom. Broken tiles, burned out lights, safety bars pulled out & missing. Very small counter. We paid $111.00 for this room. It was clean. The front desk/bartender Kim was pleasant. It is 4 miles from The Port of Dubuque. Next time I would plan ahead & pick a different hotel.
