Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, great price. No hot water at the time of my stay. The issue was being addressed, however was not resolved during my stay.

Needs updating badly. Room had water stains on the ceiling and the furniture had stains on the fabric. This is not a place I would recommend.

Not very clean”
I got the room at a special rate of $51 on agoda. I thought,"WOW! What a DEAL!" NOPE. The shower was clogged and not cleaned. Their was a pair of Jean's and a shirt behind the chair, we were not sure if the sheets were changed, and there was little bits of trash between the nightstand and bed. We wore shoes walking on the carpet because I'm sure it was nasty. The staff was pleasant and I told them what I just told all of you. I have stayed in worse but you expect NICE when it's a Baymont!

Not what I expected ”
From the time I arrived up until checking out, the staff was never readily available. The facility itself was not the cleanest. Also my room was half cleaned especially the restroom. There was a used piece of soap still left and the stopper in the tub was broken causing water to build up while showering as it would not properly drain out! So all in all not at all what I expected!!!

We use to stay here, when in town visiting family, but we won't stay here anymore.....Now, the beds and pillows are really great, BUT housekeeping or maintenance had used our toilet prior to our visit and had stopped it up....We had to get them to reclean our room, after they fixed the stopped up toilet....I went downstairs to get another towel, and the desk clerk was talking on her phone, with the speaker on, and the language was unacceptable.....None of the vending machines worked neither..

Best advice I got”
Do not use a third party to purchase the room, get your price from the third party, call the hotel directly or face to face. Tell them what the price is from the third party and ask them to match it. I booked my room online and couldn’t contact the third party I booked it through and had to wait a few hours just to check in because their card was declining, the hotel had to call for me and get it straightened out. The hotel staff was super helpful and handled it for me, very accommodating, after driving 11 hours and 35 minutes straight to Hattiesburg it was greatly appreciated.
