The room had not been vacuumed(debri on floor), the mirror was covered in prints. The TV was propped up and still sat crooked. They were out of kleenex and had none when I asked. We ran out of toilet tissue while in the room and just decided to go buy our own. Used Covid-19 as an excuse - no breakfast available. The staff's friends were using the pool when we arrived.

There was a lot wrong with this hotel. I was staying there for work as was 3 coworkers. We dealt with toilets that didn’t work, tv’s not setup, being told we were supposed to have been checked out a day early even though we’d been charged for the day, door was left open, more trash under the skirt of the beds than in the cans, not servicing the rooms and much more. As I said, not a great hotel.

They only have 1 staffer working. It's Christmas break. She worked all night alone then trying to serve breakfast 1 at a time out of back instead of breakfast bar. No time to wipe tables down as guest leave. She has no time to help guest who need extra towels or my dad's shower quit working in middle of shower & she had to serve breakfast. She was not able to help everyone. If this is due to covid do not stay here. You will not be serviced in a timely manner and the free breakfast is slow & cold.

The room stunk to high heaven, filthy and TV did not work. Lights were unplugged and cord and floor disgusting. No way would I recommend this to anyone for a discount of $100.00. We stayed a Fairfield inn...exceptionally clean, king size bed, way better free breakfast for $65.00 a winner!!!!

Hubby and I were in town for ski weekend. The hotel is close to the ski resort. However, we had a room facing the front of the building. We could hear every car that pulls into the lot, every conversation in the parking lot, as well as every door that closes in the hallway. The noise barrier was less than desirable. The breakfast provided was probably better than most. I enjoy the option of hot items (egg, sausage, biscuits/gravy, waffle) as well as the standard cold items (pastry, cereal). However, i got there at 7am and they were already out of orange juice. Probably needs more attention. We would probably stay at the place again of we are back in town just because of the proximity...

The price point says it will be nice. Nope. It’s disgusting. The door was open to the room. There was an empty beer box middle of the floor. Tv was on. Bed wasn’t made. Last persons key envelope on the table. I thought I walked into someone else’s room. Two tvs in the room. Neither of them worked. I’m usually a Marriott property user. I will never use Wyndham again. Honestly I have stayed at $50 motel 6 that was better.

Door Left Open”
My husband and I were having an okay stay until our last full day. We were gone most of the day at the NFL game in Cincinnati. When we arrived back at the hotel we noticed that our curtains were open when we had them closed. We didn't think much of it, okay room service must have been in. Mind you, we were in a ground level front facing room. We get inside only to find that our hotel room was left open! We always double and triple check that we close our door so nobody can get in other than room service. We check to make sure nothing was taken or messed with (which it wasn't thankfully). My husband then goes up front to double check that they didn't think our checkout date was that day. Nope, they knew we weren't checking out until the following day and all the lady up front said was, "well, I guess room service didn't shut the door behind them." We weren't too happy with that reply because room service only took the bag of trash that we already had tied up. They didn't clean our restroom or give us clean towels. All they did was go in, take our pre-tied bag of trash, open the curtains and leave our door open. Because of this, we would not recommend this hotel. The next person may not be so lucky with their belongings not being messed with.
