Beautiful hotel and area ”
I came for a concert at New Pier Hall, and this hotel was clearly the best choice I could have made. It's very conveniently located and with absolutely beautiful surroundings on the pier, especially to walk around at night. It was very well priced too! I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you're attending anything in the area. If I had to say anything negative, getting here from major stations in tokyo (I came from shibuya, specifically) is a little troublesome. The closest public transit, the monorail, is quite expensive; coming by subway and walking further is better, i think. All in all, I loved the hotel and surely recommend it!

Azur is homely”
I always have a relaxing night whenever I stay at Azur, the bath on the top floor overlooking Tokyo Bay is great.

Close to Tokyo Monorail :-)”
Had a very nice stay. I needed a hotel close to the Tokyo Monorail so I could get directly to Haneda airport the next day without getting lost. Mission accomplished! Nice hotel. It's huge on catering to weddings.

Very good”
Positive Point - Good location. Hamamatsucho train station nearby making it convenient to go Haneda Airport. Free Wifi and Spa voucher. Check out very fast. Negative Point - Hotel staff are friendly with the exception of a female staff that have no heart to serve and show a black face throughout. Lousy attitude is the last thing I expect from a country like Japan.

Recent stay”
Room is very stuffy room became very warm at night. Staff speaks very little English and was extremely difficult to converse with. Breakfast offered the same dishes everyday. Hotel is old and could use some refurbishment soon. Hotel was also not receptive to early check-ins or late check-outs - every request was chargeable. Other 3-star hotels offer more amenities and services like shuttle services and full concierge services but not at Azur.

BAD RECEPTION SERVICE”
I THINK STAFF HAS HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING MY REQUEST. I BOOKED A SEVERAL BOOKING BUT CONTINOUS FEW DAYS . WHEN COMMUNICATED TO RECEPTION THAT WE WOULD LIKE TO STAY IN THE SAME ROOM INSTEAD OF CHANGING THE ROOM EVERY TIME. INNITIALLY , THEY SAID OK, YET THEY STILL WANTED US TO CHANGE AND WHEN WE DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE , THEY SAID THEY WILL CHARGED US ADDITIONAL $100 PER DAY... WHAT A SERVICE!!! WILL NEVER GO THERE ANYMORE .

Bring your laundry to reception”
I put my laundry bag on the floor but housekeeper didn't collect it and left it as there was. Reception told me that I had to bring there. Facilities may look nice on the photos but it is in an old building and room conditions in renovated ones already show its age.

A pretty good hotel”
I had a pretty good experience with this hotel especially taking into account the price I paid. It is a really luxury hotel, both outside and inside. It is pretty large but it is not overcrowded. A very good location – a walking distance from the Hamamatsuchō Station. If you are arriving to the Haneda Airport and planning to use the circular Yamanote Line you cannot find a better place to stay in Tokyo. The hotel is in the bay area – a very nice place to walk, especially in the evening. Guys at reception were very friendly both during check-in and check-out. The room was small but larger than I expected. It had a pretty large bathroom, and a huge TV set. A carpet and walls were worn out and had some stains, but this was acceptable by my standards. A pretty good restaurant with buffet on Wednesdays is located on the 3rd floor . Free admission tickets to hotel’s spa are included (I didn’t use them so cannot say anything about it).

Nice location, Good service.”
The location is very convienent,Few minutes walk from Hamamatsicho sta. And near by Takeshiba eki . Room face to the Odaiba rainbow bridge. Very beautiful in the night. In the morning u can go out from the 3rd floor exit which can access to seaside park. The japanese style breakfast is delicious. The public bath on the top floor is wonderful.

Its all about the view”
There is one big reason to book this hotel: The view of Tokyo bay. Staff is friendly, rooms tiny, elevator system vaguely tedious, breakfast tasty.

Great service with warm heart.”
When I check out, I knew mx flight delayed over night. I talked to Front desk if I can stay one more night. First he denied but another staff found a room for me. He let me checkin right away. He was Front Manager, he even told me very kind words. I was worried and stressed because of flight delay. But my worries could go away because of his warm heart. I do recommend for everyone who expect a great service.

Ready for renovation. Not attractive relative to other $100 class hotels ”
It is located close to business center, while standing next to sea port. This could haven been a good hotel, but my experience was contrary to it. It appears this hotel is operating only partially, waiting for renovation. Everything from elevator to water tap looks old. The worst is morale of staff. Of course, this is Japan, staff is polite. But they don't have desire to serve customers. There are many empty food servers at the breakfast buffet. No staff really cares. Reception staff seems to follow manual only. There are quite a few hotels in Tokyo with decent quality at $100 / night. This is highly competitive segment. I see little reason to return to this hotel, unless it is renovated under new management.

Exceptional”
Stunning view although a bit far from city. The check in process was weird because the lobby is on the 4F so don't go clueless if you dont see anyone when you enter the building. Apart from that, they stay was spot on and worth every penny.

Great stay”
Laundry is so expensive that it isn't an option, and getting extra hangars was a chore. Otherwise, everything was lovely, and the staff attempted to provide quality service. Be aware that the Yurikamome is not a subway line though.
