Excellent hotel in London!”
I want to recommend you to stay in bayswater inn hotel!! Here is very near from bays water underground(about 5 minutes by walk). Here is very calm and quiet street but there are every thing what we want such as restaurant and other things. Bus station is also near from the hotel. I have no expectation about this hotel because of the cheap price, but the room was quite bigger than I expected and very clean. Bath room is also clean. I love it. Very reasonable price and it's also included the breakfast. You can't find this price and quality in other London's hotel. Truly recommend!

satisfied~”
It is near the Bayswater station, hyde park, tesco, and bus station to everywhere. Breakfast is more than I thought with that price. The room I stayed for 9days was always cleaned and warm, I consider I would use this hotel next time.

Room for Improvement”
We stood at the Bayswater Inn for 3 nights and the stay was "ok". First impressions: The staff was pleasant. We arrived very early, so they held on to our luggage and we went and explored the area until we were able to check-in. The room, which was front-facing and on the first floor, was small but comfy. The hotel is situated on a quiet block, so there wasn't a lot of street traffic/noise (thankfully). The bathroom was very clean. Breakfast buffet was great. Also, the property is only a short walk to the Bayswater central and district tube station and the Queensway central station and just a short ride to most attractions. Plenty of restaurants and shops on Queensway. Unfortunately, there was a musty smell in the room. We were thinking that it may have been from the rug. Also, the plumbing was sometimes very noisy. The property could benefit from a little upgrading. Still, it was a pleasant 3 night stay. I'd say good for a short stay.

I will return again”
I had a lovely four days at the Bayswater recently. The staff couldn't have been nicer, more professional, or more caring. I felt comfortable, known, and at-home all the time I was at the Bayswater Inn Hotel even though my room was tiny and the building is well worn on the inside. My bathroom though was recently remodeled and was very nice. I do understand that it is possible to be put in some not-so-nice rooms as I made a last minute reservation for an added-on day and had to be given a room in the basement. It was not nice, but very quickly I was moved to my nice upstairs room. I will return again for sure.

Value for money”
The hotel is located near Bayswater tube station (very near Paddington station and Notting Hill) so it is easily accessible with the tube and with the local buses. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the toilet was spacious. Breakfast was buffet-type, very tasty and altough I don't usually have breakfast in hotels in Bayswater Inn I was regular at breakfast. The only bad thing was water pressure in shower and badly positioned light sensor in bathroom that caused light went off every 30 s or so.

London Stay”
The Bayswater Inn is very close to public transport - tube and buses, lots of local restaurants and pubs, and walking distance to Westiminster Park and Palace, and Hyde Park and Portabello Road. Easy to get around. The hotel is a bit worn out but is undergoing refurbishment. Our room was always cleaned and made up daily. The room itself was very small - especially for a long stay - and the mattress on the double bed needs to be replaced as it was very uncomfortable with a few broken springs. There was really no provision in the hotel for guests to relax out of the bedroom to read, meet friends, or just to chill without leaving the premises. The Staff were always pleaseant. The breakfast bar was sufficient but definitely a need to pay more attention to variety and presentation of the food.

Better than I had anticipated and previous reviews gave credit for. ”
Given that I booked this hotel last minute as previous accomodation fell through, I was happy with my time spent here. I only looked at the reviews AFTER I had booked and my heart sank, this hotel has recieved numerous terrible reviews and not soo many positive ones. My daughter and I were given a 4th floor room overlooking the private street gardens. The room was a modest size but had everything We needed and was clean. It looked like the photos used for advertising. The breakfast was average, facilities fine , neighbourhood fantastic and central. We walked through Hyde Park to the Museums and Notting Hill with plenty of local shops and restaurants in short walking distance. Bayswater and Nottinghill Gate metro stations both great access for tourist stops. Staff were all lovely, friendly and polite. I only heard a few people saying the basement floor was not great and the lifts were old and rickety. I all I was happy with our stay here and would recommend based on our experience.

For the location and breakfast but bit much else”
Bayswater Inn is nestled near Hyde Park and close to the major attractions and a short walk from two major transit stations. It’s built in a row of old Victorian Townhouses in a quiet neighbourhood of Westminster. The reception located in the ground floor is located next to the breakfast bar and is quite busying during all hours. We stayed in the standard double, room was expected to be small with a renovated washroom. We had issues with the TV and safe in addition to being woken up by the water pipes which you could hear in the middle of the night. The breakfast buffet included standard eggs, meat, canned fruit and breads Over all definitely a 2.5 star hotel; for the price and location

Great stay!!”
We were booked in here 4 times, and each time had a different room, they were all good each one had something a bit wonky but nothing serious. This place is in a perfect spot to get around, the high street full of great food is only a block away, Hyde park at the end of the street, it's all there. We had a great stay here very helpful staff, good breakfast would stay here again.!!

Excellent”
Fabulous location...Bayswater underground for the District and Circle lines mere minutes walk away...and Queensway .. for the Central line , slightly further. Kensington gardens also a few minutes walk away. Excellent very up to date little bathroom, really hot water , great water pressure , very clean. A nice traditional building with outlook over a private little London park.

Very good”
Only third floor is renovated, basement, ground floor , first n second floor is a nightmare, initially they gave us room in basement, it was horrible and stinky , don't have words to explain, I refused to stay and after arguments they gave me 318 . It was brand new lovely room n new ensuite . Room cleaning daily was very good . Breakfast is very nice , staff is courteous but u need to carry ur bags yourself. Bayswater n queens way tube n over ground add 7 minutes walk . Five minutes walk to Hyde park and all top restaurants are within 8-10 minutes walk .

Exceptional”
Pros. Located in best part of London near Hyde Park Cons The mattress was too soft for back and bed moved due to wheels underneath

Neat, central and good value stay”
It was my second time at Bayswater in and I am returning in 7 weeks for a few days. The hotel offers good value and the lcation is easy to navigate to Bayswater or Queensway Underground or Paddington Station. Although one reason I book the hotel is the inclusion of breakfast, I would really appreciate the eggs and mushrooms to be prepared to be tasty. The new coffee machines are a great addition! Overall everything is pretty perfect.

Jennifer from The Wirral”
I enjoyed my 2 nights at the Bayswater, the location was perfect, 8 minutes walk to tube or bus services. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfy, and I did not experience any noise during my visit. unfortunately the lift was broken, I was on the first floor, the staff arranged for someone to carry my suitcase up for me. I found the staff very friendly and could not fault them at all. I will certainly use the Bayswater Hotel again and would certainly recommend it, cost wise it’s a winner for me

Good place to stay”
very close to the city, 5 minute walk to the Bayswater station on the circle line, I read lots of reviews from people complaining about room size, WiFi etc, if these are your requirements then this is not the hotel for you, after travelling half way round the world I personally didn’t want to sit in my room watching Netflix, the rooms were clean and serviced everyday and the price and location were great, would definitely recommend.

Good Location, Bad Internet Service”
The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was wonderful. The maids kept it clean. The stairs could use some renovation and some paint. The internet service was practically nil. I had to pay extra for it and it barely worked in my room. It would constantly kick me off an I had to log in every 10 minutes, when it worked. I usually had to sit on the floor by the elevator to get any service. The breakfast was great with as hot buffet and the staff were great. They deserve a raise (just my opinion). The hotel is within walking distance of Bayswater and Queensway tube stations and many restaurants and amenities.

Staying here with my elder brother for two days”
I was a bit worried before I got here because of some low rating reviews. However, while I was staying here for two days, I had no difficulty staying here except I had to jump over my carrier. At least I could leave my carrier open on the floor, though. The room was clean during the stay (hotel will NOT change your bed sheets but Will make the bed for you). Shampoo, bodywash, and soaps were refilled. The room had a good air conditioner, unlimited hot water from the shower, and a small TV which had a minor issue(maybe resolution problem). Wifi was working fine and okay speed. I was also satisfied with the breakfast buffet. It had various menus and decent taste. I liked how they took care of little details such as preparing small plastic spoons for their yogurts. Although the price wasn't cheap for me as a traveling student, but it is probably because I booked the room a day before my stay. In general, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Exceptional”
For the price we paid in such a good location in London, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel really exceeded our expecatations. The room was small but great value for money, was clean, even had a coffee machine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would visit again
