Basic accommodation with fantastic location.”

The location is brilliant: the steps at the bottom of the garden lead to the cycle/pedestrian pathway that hugs the shoreline. The view from the house is tranquil and you can see the boats on the water and across the way is an unspoilt view of the bush with no houses in sight. Bayview is also very handy to the shops and the ferry. The location of Bayview was the prime reason we chose to stay here and we were not disappointed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well supplied.
Bayview offers basic accommodation: it is clean and adequate but would benefit greatly from a new coat of paint inside, especially on the architraves and skirting boards and new doors which are worse for wear, some light fittings would add to the ambience as well as an upgrade on the bathroom. It is a no frills dwelling. The out building with the extra bedroom was very musty and we fortunately didn't require it.
