i was here for a visatrip to lao and bb-villa became a instant favorite. very very helpfull owner and crew. miss bow is a fountain of informations. i had a very big room with kitchen and i really enjoyed it. its a nice calm location but yet very close to central udon thani. great place.. thanks for a lovely stay to owner and crew

when i came back to bkk after visatrip to lao,i choosed to leave bkk again cuz of flooding. no food,no water where i live. i booked 1 month here on bb-villa and that was a clever decision :-) outstang service here.great performance from miss bow and crew. i was only in bkk 24 hours then i returned to this lovely place. very nice swimmingpool,gym,free and good wifi,lovely cheap food,big room,calm area,great service with a big honest smile from everybody here. my instant favorite place in udon,no one above and no one besides. i still have 10 days left here and i will enjoy every hour.

I loved the BB Villa. It had a really calm atmosphere. The food was good and the service was excellent. Great facilities and all for only a few hundred bhat. The BB villa is about 5KM from the town centre and only costs 150 Bhat in a metered taxi. Scooters are also available. English speaking. I'll be back ;-)

Good hotel and service”
BB Villa is an excellent place to stay but you do need a car as it is located outside the main Udon Thani city, about 5 kms. The rooms are reasonable and have all facilities you would expect to find. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels and beds changed daily. There is a good swimming pool and a fitness room that are both very good.

Surprising resort in a neighborhood”
We were pleasantly surprised by BB Villa. Sort of tricky to find but we didn't get lost. When we arrived there was a bit of confusion; someone had checked in under our name, but the staff quickly did their best and put us in a room that was actually a better fit than the first. Our room had two seperate rooms connected by an inner door. All with a/c. There was a kitchenette with a bar, small living area, and bathroom with a dividing wall for the toilet. It was really well appointed and since we have young children we found it to be VERY convenient. It wasn't totally clean, and seemed a bit dated/old but I've certainly seen worse in Thailand! We were all very comfortable, linens and towels were clean. There is a restaurant on site, a little pricey, but worth it because there are no other restaurants close by. There was a playground but couldn't play on it much because there were red ants all over. The pool was nice, a little cloudy/murky (too much chlorine?) but the kids played happily in it all evening. This place had a really relaxing feel since it is in a nice neighborhood and not in the city. We'd stay again!

very happy and surprised at the hotel, been to udon thani at least five times to visit my daughter and normally stay more central, however from now on will make this place my first option everytime, though would recommend booking an hire car for trips in and around udon,

Great value and handy location”
I found the maps on the website very clear and had no trouble getting there from the airport. The villa was spacious with bedroom seperate living/tv room and a dining room. Not new but well maintained and the on-site restaurant good too. The large pool was clean with plent of seating/tables along with spacious grounds. Quiet location with close access to markets shops if required. Probably best suited if you have your own transport Would happily stay again

We stayed for one nigth inbetween travels. perfect place to do nothing and chill. The hotel has a verry big pool and good gym. The rooms are verry big, you have a kitchen, bedroom and small living room. It is rather far from anything, so not good location if you want to enjoy the city. The food in the restaurant is good as well.

I was checked in by Miss Champoo who speaks excellent english. She upgraded my room since the one I had reserved turned out to be taken. The place is not fancy, the accommodations are simple but nice and you have what you need. My room turned out to be more like a 2br apartment with small kitchen facility and suitable for an extended stay. Reasonably priced, the setting is lovely, garden like, with a large swimming pool and a simple cafe attached to the lobby area. Seems to be a hangout for local farang and mostly farang staying here. It is quiet and accessible.

this was a very nice and quiet place to stay away from the beaten path yet not far away from everything. if you want to stay in a very friendly and quaint hotel that is different from the rest, this is the place to stay. the hotel is clean and provides many conforts that make a stay there very confortable. i will stay there again next time i'm in the area.

great rooms but a litlle hard to find”
this had the only pool in thailand that i stayed at that was over my head (i am 6'2) and i stayed in more than a few including expensive condos. staff were friendly and polite although most only speak thai. food was wonderful and reasonably priced. beware though if it says spicy it will be more than most can handle. this is isaan after all as i learned the hard way. the owners granddaughter runs the place and is a weath of information and a pleasue to talk to

Good hotel for leisure”
The hotel is located in rural area that is good for leisure. It has a lovely swimming pool. Breakfast is not included, but it charges if you need it. The breakfast is good and supply with a cup of orange juice and coffiee or tea. The room is big. Air-conditioning is provided in sleeping room only. The living room is provided with a fan that is OK.

we only stayed here for one night. the one bedroom rooms where great, nice size, very clean and comfortable. the pool is lovely and there is a nice grass area for kids to play on. the food is good and the service excellent.

Lovely Place, Service with a smile”
wonderful - on site bar and restaurant food very good although you must tell them if you don't want your food too spicy. staff all very friendly, rooms clean, good play area for children. the best swimming pool of anywhere i have stayed in thailand, a very well equipped gym with everthing working. i booked for two days and re-booked five more times. quite and relaxing but difficult to find first time but well worth it when i did.

A very good hotel with great staff and facilities. The room was clean and everything worked. The hotel is well located, with very easy access to transport and shopping. The staff go out of their way to create a welcoming atmosphere and can speak English quite well. I would definitely be happy to stay here again.
