We were about 6 adults, with a baby and 2 young kids.. Pros: *Ample parking space, we could fit in 5 cars *Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms had heaters *Living room was great too *WiFi was provided but not so strong if a few of us connects to it *Bathrooms were clean *Towels were provided *Bedsheets were clean *Washing machine was provided as well, we managed to wash and dry our clothes before leaving *Location is great, so close to famous restaurants not more than 10 mins, lost world of tambun was about 17mins *Quiet neighborhood - we were probably noisy when we had games and bday celebration there but no complaints *Rubbish bags were provided to clean up after our mess *Swimming pool was big - kids enjoyed it so much Cons: *Mosquitoes were uncontrollable - but everything was provided from repellent, coils and spray *Furnitures can be improved, outside table only had 3 legs *The additional queen size beds were just mattress protectors - wasn't comfortable to sleep on *Water filter had very low pressure - we bought mineral waters Overall we had an enjoyable stay..

House floor not so clean even have cleaner mopped. The water pool water is dirty didn’t change new water. So if you provide pool is nothing use to us. My child quite disappointed.

There is a treadmill in one of the rooms and one of our kids got his fingers stuck resulting in emergency room visit in the middle of the night..

Self check in. Suitable for about 6-8 pax. Two queen size bed mattress provided is too thin to fit people. Basic facilities provided. Quite near to main city point. Swimming pool provided is not clean, dirty water
