Great Experience ”
I have been traveling lots and giving stars and score for many hotels. This hotel is definitely the one you would choose to relax. The provide nice facility with swimming pool and many pool entertainment. It's very clean and the staff is well trained. The only thing I would complain about is the water pressure in our room 409, though I have asked about to deal with the problem, apparently the staff didn't inform us if the problem has been fixed, as I went back the problem was not fixed. The breakfast is really decent with great service. Though there are not many option for morning, I still enjoy the view sitting outside while having my breakfast. All in all, there are things which should be better, and there are things which beyond expectation too.

Nice facilities, not so close to Alona Beach”
I recommend this hotel for family travel, far from Alona beach but my family enjoyed the pool and amenities. I saw small cockroaches crawling in the carpet though. Overall. I like this hotel. Breakfast is good too!

It's a nice hotel with clean facilities but customer service is very disappointing bcos could not even accomodate us properly after our room key is having problem every time we go out of the room. To think i was pregnant and having a daughter with me is such a hassle going back and forth to the room and front desk to get our key fixed and they could not even offer us something. Upon our checkout all they can offer was 10% off from the extra charges in our room which is basically nothing from the hassle we have. I would not really recommend this hotel as to their food is not good and above all customer service is worst than ever. I would go for hennan resort and bellevue all day.

I would like to say the hotel looks very nice and extraordinary. The staffs are very nice and friendly. However, there is some service gap problem which were not be expecting happened in 5 stars hotel. 1) Room Service There was no dining room service menu in the room. 2) Information Gap, While we wanted to shower, found out the water suddenly came out big and small. We called the customer service and they sent engineer to room. In the end, the engineer informed us due to the centralize system was broken for the whole building that the water while come out big and small. What I curious about was this kind of things why not informed us while we were doing check-in instead we need to wait so many time for engineer came and check it. Or at least, while we made phone call that should tell us. The way Engineer said like because different department so other people dose't know about it. 3) Toilet water I was quite surprised that a hotel's toilet flush water can be yellow color and smelly. I totally agree that eco-friendly idea for using recycle water from rain (according to engineer explanation ) but at lease the color can be not yellow color will be better and please make sure there is no smell at all. 4) Transport Service It is very good that your hotel offers transportation service for free, even though only available for certain schedule. However, it is quite funny that seems the hotel offer the free service and made the rule that what time will be available, I still can not enjoy this free shuttle bus service. The excuse I received was that due to no VC and driver, the driver is picking up passenger from outside ( terminal or airport ). Because of it, my schedule all messy up. I need to waiting for staff calling for tricycle ( seems like staff never control customers who comes first serve first, a lot of people just cut Q and directly take vehicle). Hilarious part is we saw another VC just park at parking lot while we out from hotel.

Very private and peaceful”
Too bad we only stayed for 1 night. If you are looking for a peaceful place and luxurious at the same time, I highly recommend this resort. Food is good at a reasonable price. Ambiance is very relaxing, perfect for couples. Two thumbs up and salute!

Service- I wrote in a detailed email to commend the staff for attending to my sick nephew who had asthma on the 2nd night. They also showed geniune and natural concern for my 70 y.o. mother when she sat by The Food Hall to watch us swim. They gave her a glass of cold water without being asked.
