Value of money, good location”
Great value of money. You get all basic need for a clean, quiet, close to market and food stalls. Room facility and cleanliness is ok. Difficult to check in and check out, the reception counter is always empty. Even use the bell, nobody shows up ! No daily room service.

Excellent stay”
Though a bit outside, this hotel had one of the best rooms I've stayed in. Very clean, hard but good bed, nice staff (though don't speak English too well). If I come back to the city, this will be my first choice.

Clean, good value. availability
The stay was ok except for barking dogs all night and a very, very hard bed. The owner speaks good English and was quite hospitable. The receptionist spoke no English but was cute. Not really a hotel more like an apartment.

Good service, friendly owner, nice location.
A stay at Be My Guest is very convenient. The Hotel is new, clean and a bit apart from the busy streets, but close enough to find some food spots in walking distance. The owner was so kind to share his motor cycle with us, so it is easy to go to any sightseeing spots and leave the city to find some nature.

Very inexpensive and new.
Nice, safe, & clean place at a fantastic price! Located close to central Kon Khaen, this is a great place for the budget-conscious traveler. You can easily stay in a nicer place but you will pay double or triple! Only drawback: Parking can be tricky.

Staff friendly,responsive, but not around much. Room smelled musty, shower did not work very well. No mattress on bed, just a thin foam pad on wood platform. Not centrally located. No breakfast

Be my Guest is a nice clean Hotel. Situated in a road at Khon Kaen centre, but in quiet environment. The room is small, but full equipped, maybe the bed is a little bit hard (like a board), toilet and shower a little bit narrow. Wireless internet is working very well in the room . but no safe is available in the room. Very kind staff and management.

stayed here for 3 nights, the room was clean and had all i needed. i asked about a safe or deposit box but they did not have one, but there was no need for concern.

very nice English speaking owner
Great value for money, owner is extremely nice and charming and knows good English, receptionist knows none. Near to bus terminal, but local taxi drivers didn't know where it was. I arrived after 7.5 hours on bus and had a lizard/gheko on my room ceiling and bugs crawling on bed. If you're fine with this-then great value place, i'm not, so checked in and out...to another hotel.

Clean, Affordable
the hotel is a little bit outside of town. i recommend you get the number of a taxi service before you get here. however, the owner and stuff of the hotel are so incredibly friendly it makes this the best place to stay in khon kaen. i stay here with my brother for the khon kaen half marathon, and expected to just sit around in my room doing nothing. the owner took us all around to great places to eat (he paid), to awesome tourist attractions, and even to go play basketball with his friends. loved my stay here. highly highly recommended.

This was clean and spacious room with very friendly staff.
i thoroughly enjoyed my time at be my guest. it was very clean and spacious. the facility is new and modern in services and appearances. i highly recommend be my guest to anyone looking for a place to rest and rejuvenate. though it is a bit off the main road this is a positive as it provides a quiet place to unwind. it also places you in a non-touristy thai neighborhood with friendly shops and a restaurant across the street. also if you get a chance, talk with amp the owner. he is a nice young man with a wonderful story. he wants you to enjoy not only his guest house but also his town.
