BEST place we have EVER stayed!”
The Beach Club is hands down the best resort we have ever stayed. Being fairly well travelled, i've stayed in high end hotels and budget accom around the globe, but this one is second to none. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home from the minute you arrive. We requested room 747 as we had seen it on a youtube video and wanted to ensure we had that view, upon arrival we were allocated room 748 and we were blown away! The most incredible ocean/beach/treetop view with a bay window overlooking one of the two pools. Food was wonderful, service was quick and even though we weren't allocated one waiter when we would dine, no one ever missed a beat! We will stay no where else when we come to Koh Tao and can honestly say we won't ever go to Thailand and not come here. If you are thinking of staying here BOOK IT!

Located in a very nice beach. Friendly staff. Quite far from town but there is shuttle bus. Great hotel facilities. Awesome place to stay as a couple.

Great place to stay”
Haadtien Beach Club was a delightful place to stay. We spent 14 nights there and had a great stay. The staff were lovely people, the food was excellent. Everything we ate from the varied menu - both local and international - was fantastic. Value for money was also very good. Free bus into the pier, kayaks to rent, local long tail boats to take you snorkelling. Bring own fins - none available here. Only faults I could say are, some of the sun- loungers and umbrellas at the garden pool could do with replacements. The beach at high tide tends to get a lot of litter washed up, brought in by the tide. The resort needs to keep this under control by cleaning regularly as lots of plastic comes in. The beach is quite shallow so detritus is a real nuisance. We had a really great stay and would recommend it on many levels

Never want to leave”
Amazing location, best on Ko Tao. We added nights and didn't need to leave the resort. The staff are amazing! Mai at reception and Oscar and Komin were incredible! Best service in Thailand. Highly recommend. Best beach and beautiful resort too!

Gorgeous hotel in a lovely location ”
Stayed here before in 2017, it was just how I remembered it. Lovely staff and hotel, placed beautifully on the beach. Hotel rooms large and spacious with view overlooking the beach and sea. Food was lovely although a little on the pricey side when compared with local places. Would definitely return.

My room was at the top of the hillside. Very private and there was a second pool partway up that was great for swimming laps. Staff very friendly courteous and helpful.

Beautiful location with stunning views”
Room was spotlessly clean, with a private balcony overlooking the beach bar and beach. Room was large and airy, tastefully decorated. Included breakfast was of high standard with plenty of options. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only thing was occasionally outside tourists used the facilities without permission - as anyone can pay to access the private beach, more should be done to limit those persons access to the hotel which they have not paid to use.

Beautiful views and great service ”
This resort was beautiful. We had an ocean view from our room. The breakfast and dining options were right in front of the beach. Happy hour was great. The staff by far was the most friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that you have to get on their shuttle or get a ride into town. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. ”
The hotel is really beautiful right on the beach. The night that I was there I enjoyed the fisherman’s seafood buffet. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I’m going to complain about is the plastic on the beach. It was so much.

Exceptional”
This property is actually nicer in person than in pictures. We rented a motorbike and explored almost every beach on the island and Shark bay is by far the nicest beach so being able to stay there was awesome. The breakfast buffet was also really impressive and more extensive than I would have expected. The only disadvantage is that the hotel is pretty isolated and you have to scooter down a dirt road to get in and out. If you are a young traveler like us, it makes more sense to stay in town. We actually enjoyed our time at a budget hotel on Sairee beach more because you don't exactly feel like you're in Thailand at the beach club. Overall though great value for the money and I would definitely recommend renting a scooter since Koh Tao has a lot to discover.

Hotel is okay, service is great”
Its okay, the room and equipments in the room are slightly old and worn out, the cleanliness is just okay. The service was excellent though, especially by Khun Lydia at the reception who really tried to accomodate our needs, very helpful and make our stay much more comfortable, thank you so much. The beach is one of the best in Koh Tao, no doubts. The food are okay but the hygiene of the breakfast buffet could be improved, perhaps they are overwhelmed with the high occupancy.

The bay is wonderful, kajaking and snorkeling is perfect there. Its easy to get to the busy place with motobike. The pool in the grass near the sea is great, other pool uphill was dirty and the beach bar didnt exist due renovations. Rooms are used, curtains dirty but you can live. The staircase and passage are very dirty.. There was nothing much done after a long covid break the abandoned rotten houses were just reopened for tourists at high rates without cleaning or renovating anything, you can guess how these rooms smell like. other than that the hotel has a great fauna, alot of green whenever you're leaving the room and lay at beach or pool you can turn off your brain :)

Staff were so kind and helpful. Massages and spa services also great. I loved the special (30 minute scrub, 30 minute oil massage and 30 minute mini facial). Things to make note of-the hotel offers access to some of their amenities for day use to the public. Backpackers flood the grounds which means the hotel is not as private as I would have preferred. There is a very steep hill to get in and out of the hotel-this would be challenging for folks with mobility issues. We arrived on Christmas Eve and the only option for the meal was a very expensive dinner. We wish they would have let us know beforehand. If you arrive for a holiday, call ahead to see what the details are before you go. Transport to and from the ferry pier is included-this was a big bonus. Drinks and food are rather pricey compared to other resorts and hotels we have stayed in. I got to snorkel and swim with 100 year old turtles 100-200 meters from the shore right outside of the resort. Again, Staff were great!! Rooms are clean. We enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend.

Amazing location , expensive services”
The location is unbeatable. The beach os great and the hotel is really beautiful. However , the staff in reception are constantly confused , there is always an unhappy customer and upon arrival gave us no information / map regarding the island. the rest of the hotel staff are really noce however . The hotel services (spa, bar , restaurant) are unbelievably expensive !!
