No towels, no wifi”
We only stayed two nights but the wifi was not working and there we no towels in the apartment. Wrote the owner and never received a response. Also this apartment is for 4 people but only a table and 3 chairs and not enough plates, bowls or utensils for an actual family meal. Will not stay here again. The location is great but the apartment is pretty bummed down and missing key things. Beds are very firm too which isn't ideal.

The apartments are part of a 5 star hotel. The front is the hotel with the apartments at the back. The lady (Sarah) who managers the apartments is great to deal with, Her english is good and she cannot do enough to help us.Sarah arranged transfers from airport both ways.Cost $15US.(#21NZ).You can organise yourself with taxi 280000 dong 250000 dong The pool that is available is the Hotel Pool on the 6th floor. Very nice . but there is a daily charge of 50000 Dg ($3.15 NZ)per person. We used the pool most days Never more than 10 to 15 people there.Our apartment was on the 42nd floor of the 45 storey building. The apartment Building only has 3 lifts so be prepared to wait. The most we waited was 15 mins at peak times. The building is across the road from the beach.

Pros : Nice location, spacious apartment, complete kitchenette provided & helpful staff for book tour & motorbike rental. Cons : Lift - there's only 3 lift provided, need to wait at least 3-5 minutes. Its not a big probs for me. Thanks Beach Front Apartments Nha Trang!

Great location. Clean and modern apartment.”
We spent here almost 4 weeks with our 3.5 + 1.5 year old kids. Location: perfect. Nice beach with a lovely clean park that stretches hundreds of meters along the beach. Loads of decent and low-end restaurants, convenience stores, bars/pubs, food stalls, etc. It takes a bit of practice to cross the 4-lane road to get to the beach, though. The apartment itself is modern and the daily cleaning service was satisfactory. No objections here. It's on the 43rd floor of a 45-floor building. There are just three elevators, but we never had to wait for more than 2-4 minutes. Nothing to worry about, really. I thought it would be much worse :) There is no reception, pool, etc., but we knew that beforehnad. The manager is very helpful and friendly and made our stay very pleasant. All in all, we're very glad we had the opportunity to stay here :)

The apartment is old and poorly maintained. The ACs don't work well. When it's comes to staff, it's a one person staff and she's too busy. Bed, sheets, towels are very old and it doesn't look like they had bought any new linens for years. It's disgusting. The elevator is impossible to use. Price and location is decent for solo traveler and location is the best location in Nha Trang but it's not worth staying at this place when there are hundred of other 3 stars hotels in Nha Trang that provide much better services at cheaper prices. The Apartment is about the same size as any hotel room. It's tiny. Service at Beach Front Nha Trang Apartment is virtually non-existent so you better off staying at hotel. Not this apartment.

Not exactly city view”
The room we booked was a city view, but unfortunately the other half of the building covers 150 degree of the view. Pro: very accommodating staff, location is by the beach, washing machine. Con: there are 3 elevators servicing floors 27 to 45 with 20 apartments each floor. The wait for the elevator is excruciatingly slow. You would have to just jump on one elevator going up so you can go down. The hallways smells like fish and garbage, because even though there are windows on each floor in the hallways, it's not opened to allow fresh air in. even the front of the hotel is messy. The rooms are not well designed from a luxury apartment point of view. Over all, it was a disappointing experience, though no fault of the on-site staff.

This is an apartment, not a hotel, so staff is minimal or non-existence. You must do everything yourself. More like airbnb service. The receptionist seems to be the same as the security staff for the building. Their service is limited to handing you the key to the room and waived you off. If you want service at the hotel level, go to a real hotel. This place is not it. If you want a large clean room with cooking stove, utensils, big fridge, and a washing machine, this is it. We booked an ocean view unit and was happy with it for the price. The elevator could be crowded at times. After the first day we figured out the non-busy time and had no issue with it.

Nice apartment by the beach”
We rented a two bed room apartment located behind Muong Thanh hotel, nice view even though It faces the city. It's right by the beach just across the road. There are suffcient basic toiletries. Kitchen is fully functioning with cooker and microwave. The washing machine is a huge plus point. It's also near the restaurants and chill out places nearby.

We had a corner apartment overlooking the beach. Washing machine and basic kitchen included, so it was quite a reasonable apartment. It was on the 29th floor and there was a sometimes a wait for a lift to arrive (or they were full before they arrived)

And I know almost all staff of its reception. negatives: housekeeping management should be strengthen, they knocked the door and waked up the guests even before 0830. And while they made up.room, they never washed dishes, bowls, etc. as other apartment 'house keeping staff does

Deceptive and misleading ”
First and foremost, the room which I booked was a 2-bedroom with ocean view, but I was given a 1-bedroom efficiency/studio with oceanview. Secondly, the rate which I paid was for a single-rate person and so if you're a couple, expect to pay additional fee for second person(s). Since I'm a solo traveler, I didn't care much. I did confront Mrs. Sarah about the first issue and she tried to sugarcoat and justify it, but ultimately, it's deceptive and misleading ... (In my opinion, it was a clever deception) My overall experience with Mrs. Sarah, she displayed exceptional professionalism attitude before and during checking-process. Regarsless of the deception, she was cordial and professional. The room does come with washing machine only; microwave, and all the basic stuffs you would find in any standard apartment. The location was perfect (beach is accross the street); night market and city center are walking distance (5minutes).

The house lies in the centre, and in this big house there a lot of companies, they rent Appartements. But never ever bookes over Beach Front Appartements. They have really the awfullies and bad placed Apartements. At first they want give me a dark awful room. Then I have a long discussion, that I got the room, which are they show on their website. Take care when you booke Nha Trang beach Apartments, formaly I booked by Nha Trang beach apartements and they have the same price but they offer a better quality of rooms.
