Amazing views”
Beach House Suites exceeded our expectations. The room was huge (Luxury King 1 bedroom suite) with an amazing view of the sunset and the beach. Bed was very comfy, TV was a nice big size, balcony had nice seats and having a small kitchenette was perfect. The pool and hot tub were never crowded, easy to find a seat. Having access to everything at the main Don Cesar was a nice perk. Parking was super convenient too.

Perfect”
first trip with twin toddlers, the suite and staff were beyond PERFECT and the beach was better than the hotels beach. Will definitely be back!

Clean and modern”
The unit was spacious, modern and spotless. Looked like all rooms faced the water. Shuttle driver drove us to restaurants nearby. Front desk staff was professional and helpful. Three beach chairs were complimentary with room. St Pete beach has gorgeous sand and sunsets and we enjoyed both.

Exceptional”
So, great place but some major drawbacks. 1st there are about $80 give or take of daily fees that are not obviously stated. One of those was $22 a day for parking. I had to park across the street as they were digging up the parking lot which started at 6am daily. No I am not joking, buldozers outside the bedroom window at 6am. Also, they precharge you for incidentals then reimburse you if you don't use them. I stood behind a line of furious people at the front desk because they had no available $ for their vacation due to there bank card being charged 3 to 4 times what they were led to believe they were paying.

Great hotel, great location”
Great location, balconies available with sea view. Staff were great. Rooms are clean and nice. Ours had minifrige/freezer, dishwasher, dishes, microwave, electric cooktop and washer/dryer combo. Bed was comfy, no bugs, room was very clean. Pool is private and beach is 10 steps past the pool. I will definitely book again. Only con is on premise bar and pool closes as dusk, and no restaurant, however there is a bar next door and room service is avail until 10pm. Pool bathrooms were under renovation but will be done by december.

Great location without having to fight a ton of crowds”
Unbelievable views. Beautiful beach. Great balcony. Sooooo good! I am so sad to have left. Staff was super friendly, too. Only downsides are not a lot of storage area to put away your stuff. Bedroom is a little small. Bathrooms are huge though and nice. If you’re considering this place, just do it. You won’t be disappointed.

Good location close to beach. Staff very friendly. Room was very modern and nicely decorated. Front door didn’t fit well so howling wind coming under door all night long. Need to use sofa bed as 3 adults stayed. Had to ask for bedding but delivered it promptly. Good pool area. Would stay again but not for longer than a few days.

STUCK in ELEVATOR”
Hotel is old. Bed was super confortable. My fiancé and I GOT STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR. I was petrified!!!!! We kept hitting the bell and buttons. I tried to call front desk but had no cell phone service in elevator. There is no A/C in there. We were dripping sweat. It only lasted about 4-5 minutes but seemed like an hour. We must have been stuck between floors. When we got out I was shaking. I told the front desk and they said they would call maintainence. We were on the 4th floor and used the stairs the rest of the stay. Later that evening a bottle of wine and cheese plate was dropped at our door. I guess that was to "say sorry". No thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!

A bit on the expensive side. ”
Overall. Great place and location. Plenty of room and dedicated bedroom. Washer/dryer. All rooms have a great view. Superior Room only has 1 bathroom and is a little smaller. Recommend any step above that. Would be nice if they played live music at the pool.

Beste Lage. Zimmer neu renoviert. Leider im Fall der Küche eher negativ. ”
Positiv sind did neuen Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche, sowie die neuen Möbel. Negativ ist die Ausstattung der Küche, die extrem spärlich ist und der neue Minikühlschrank, der nicht zu der Größe der normalen Portionen z.B. Getränke passt, die man in den USA angeboten bekommt. Die bei eingeführte Parkgebühr von 22$ pro Tag (+ Tax) habe ich als sehr negativ empfunden. Positiv ist, dass in der Resort Fee 3 Liegestühle plus Schirm enthalten sind! Internet Zugriff war mittelprächtig, da die Verbindung regelmäßig unterbrochen wurde.
