Value for money”
Hotel/resort is literally in front of the beach and with nice view of Baler. Room is clean and with good ventilation. Staff were accommodating and nice. Market is 15 minutes tricycle ride. Overall, our stay went well and will definitely booked at this hotel/resort again when we return here.

Russian/American loving it in Philippines ”
The view on the top floor is out of this world. I stayed at the hotel over Christmas, alone. Being alone for a holiday like Christmas was taught, but being there, so close to the beach, made it Ok. When I arrived, I was given a choice of what room and floor I wanted. The employee was very friendly. You are literally a few steps from the water. You are right on the beach! 1-minute walking distance to three (3) restorants. 20 minutes walking distance to center of town (30php for a bike ride to center). This was my second time staying in Baler, and I loved it. #GottaGoRoam on FB

Cheap accommodation”
Family room good for 4 pax; we stayed during lenten holiday Pros: 1) Beach front but on the far end north of Sabang beach 2) Cheap accommodation, for the season, if you are not picky 3) Polite and helpful staff and owner 4) Free wifi (but no wifi on the first day of our stay) 5) Common kitchen but you need to pay for gas (P100 I was told) 6) Sink in the room 7) Aircon with fan Cons: 1) No exhaust in the CR, will suffocate the others in the room when someone pooped or farted 2) Very small room for 4 pax 3) Towels were old, better bring your own towels 4) No free toiletries provided 5) There's some kind of ticks or bed bugs biting and disturbing our sleep 6) Our booking says "ocean view" but what was assigned to us was a room with only 1 window facing the garage on the ground floor 7) No daily room cleaning service 8) Parking is limited Note: 1) View and ambiance is better at Diguisit area 2) Pictures of Beachfront of Baler here in Agoda are old. very accommodating staff”
We arrived at 10AM last 15 April 2017 and we were advised to eat breakfast first at the nearby resto to give them time to clean the room. We were allowed to check in at 11AM with no extra charges. We were also guided when we were about to park our car at their garage. (Note: garage is only good for 3 cars though they'll find parking for you in case it's full). The owner is very accommodating, he allowed us to cook our own food and let us use their bbq stand. They even assisted us in setting up the fire for the bbq. We were also allowed to cook our breakfast on Sunday morning. One good thing with the resort is that it is sitting next to a sari sari store where you can buy food, drinks, cup noodles, toiletries, etc. It is well-lighted at night. We'll definitely be back and recommend this to our friends.

arrived quite early and headed straight to the resort hoping they would allow early check in. and they DID!! :) location was very good, not crowded. staff was very helpful. I would def be coming back!

The original booking was for a family cottage of 25 sq meters good for 4 adults. We got there and the place was literally only two beds put together! The room was not close to 25 meters. So we asked for a new room that could be suitable for us. We were charged an extra 500p per night. And later found out that nicer places would have been much better value for us. We had a great time because we made it fun. But in the end we paid too much for what we got - whether actual room, amenities, or location in Baler. Great owner though - very nice and friendly. He made the stay much nicer with a conversation about life etc.

good location ideal for filipino families, absolute beachfront with good views”
pros: nice balcony and rooftop with good views located at best part of the beach-safer for swimming kitchen available for cooking your meals albeit at a cost of p150 per day new construction and staff helpful cons very expensive for size of room (just squeeze more people in) paying for location beach areas not kept clean(lots of plastics). Filipinos need to be educated on proper rubbish disposal - sad really . owners make effort to clean it but should not be there in the first place

The room is not much but it was airconditioned. The staff was all nice, I visited Aurora with my Family, there were 6 of us which includes a PWD with vision impaired that is why I requested for a room that would be accessible. We arrived late due to transportation issues and we were greeted with a smile upon arrival.

4 Days at Baler FLP”
The availability of wifi was important for some of us. Whike the wifi transmitter signal was strong, the internet was almost nil. It seems the bandwidth being shared by all guests was low so the only time one could really access the net was when every one else was asleep. Cooking facilities were limited so one family will have to take turns using the small outdoor kitchen. The poor lady was washing bedsheets manually and so it felt unkind to change sheets daily. Barring the inconveniences, the sole staff, a lady, was doing all her best and cannot be faulted.

The transient hous was good but there is no room for couples only. Their smallest room is good for 4 persons. There is no resto or place to eat. But the staff were very nice and polite.

Good points: 1) Rooms were recently renovated (pictures on Agoda are outdated), 2) Rooms are clean upon arrival & broom is already available inside, 3) This venue is literally in front of the beach, Needs improvement: 1) Staff are not well-trained, no Identity Cards, I had to carry my toddler and my bags all the way up to the 3rd floor 2) Not all facilities are working (i.e. toilet flush), electricity is also weak since we had to wait for 4hours for the aircon to work, 3) No security guards available, so be extra vigilant! 4) There is (open) parking available, but its on the other side of the road. Again, no security guards available on the area. Overall, I would love to go back, but not on this resort ever.

I would never stay this hotel again!!! ”
This is one of my worst vacation I've ever had. My family and I booked for 3 days and 2 nights. Too expensive for a very small room. We stayed at the annex. Our room is suck. Faucet is not working. The next day, we request to transfer in the other room facing the beach. They charge us additional P500.00 because of their rate and additional P100.00 for using cooking. Beforehand, I inquire this stuff and they say that is free of charge! I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is very good. near the beach.as the name says.The staff Ellen & Mark are very accommodating & kind.Highly recommended for families most especially for big groups. The price is affordable. The owner Mr. Dimaano is also very accommodating,although we haven't met. He gave us the direction going there since it's our first time.

They dont have the following. T. V set inside the room, refrigerator, water heater in the wash, towel. The wifi connection inside the room is poor, they must invest for a wireless extender. Those ammenities that I mention I got it from other service provider within its class
