The surcharge will be applied for these extra services. -Breakfast is not included . If you'd like to have breakfast you can order from the Sanctuary' s restaurant with a lart carte menu or you can prepare the food in villa by yourself. -Accommodation for this villa is 09 adults with 04 children from 0 to 11 years old OR 10 adults only, no children. -A maximum of 02 extra adults and 02 extra children can be accommodated in villa with an extra charge of VND 1,500,000 per adult and VND 750,000 per child without breakfast and extra beds - Party more than the number of guests confirmed in the villa is not allowed. Day visitors are not permitted in the villa. We also reserve the right to not allow guests from outside or other villas to visit without prior notice and reservations will be forfeited and booking refund will not be applied. - Noise is not allowed from/after 22:00pm - Cooking and BBQ are allowed in the villa - Kayak is available in the resort for free - Tennis court is available for free - Pets are allowed in the villa, but please keep the villa clean from them and make sure no damages may caused by pets. If not it may be charged for the damages. -The resort bans Karaoke, playing loud music outside the villa with speakers and amplifiers without closing the door. Only singing and listening to music are allowed inside the villa and all doors are closed. All activities should be stopped at 22:00 pm. *** Please be noted that car ABOVE 17 seats is not allowed to the resort. So if you use car ABOVE 17 seats, then you have to walk from security gate to the villa (it is around 150 meters away from the gate to the villa), or you can use buggy car service of the resort to take you or your stuffs to the villa and the fee is 200,000 vnd/way. So please arrange your car accordingly.
