The worst place I have ever stayed !!!
Clearly it was over booked as we were put in a room in a house five min walk away . On pulling back the duvet to find no mattress protector . Took photos of the disgusting mattress. The boiler which served the whole building was in our room so it sounded like a washing machine going all night . We luckily had blankets in our car to sleep on top of the duvet. Having had no sleep we then had a 6 hour journey home. I would very much like a reply to this complaint .

Great Location
The best things about this hotel is its Location - Very near tube station and Green Lines Trains. Bus stop beside hotel. Shopping park across from hotel. Hotel bar was very nice.
Stayed for 2 days here. The hotel it self is nice. You can enter via the bar or via an outside stairway. The bar was very nice and so were the staff. The room was only OK.Don't get me wrong,it was clean but very small.Booked a double room and there was a double and a single in the room. But the room wasn't big enough for the single bed as well. The en-suite was tiny, couldn't dry yourself in bathroom after a shower had to go into the room.Which wasn't much bigger. Also there wasn't a hair dryer in the room, which most hotels have. They did supply continental breakfast which was nice - little boxes of cereal, milk, orange, tea & coffee.ALso a small fridge. There was a very nice cafe next door and the food there was lovely.Overall our stay was lovely.

Ok place for sleeping a night but nothing more.

a great find
near tube and overground train station; value for money; clean and comfy
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for only a night as we are only in London to see a show. I was looking for a cheap hotel near Zone 1 so that we don't need to travel long. I wasn't fussy about what hotel as long as we can get a cheap and clean accommodation. The hotel has surpassed all my expectations. The room was clean and comfy, shower was amazing, there was complimentary cereal and juice in the fridge, and coffee and tea facilities. Plus, here was a small table and chair for us to use which made the room appear to be like a suite. Perfect! I would definitely book with them again.

Relaxed, Easy-Going, Basic
Left to our own devices which was great, relaxed atmosphere, characteristic in decor.
Above an old characteristic North-West London pub which wasn't problematic at all with no noise pollution. However, the accommodation is not sealed during opening hours and the room door locks are in desperate need of updating to secure the premises as we did encounter a shifty looking punter on the stairways via the hotel section. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and Beaconsfield were generous with their complimentary tea/coffee/juice and breakfast cereals! The location wasn't great, but regular buses into Central London were only a hop, skip and jump away. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay!

Very good.Room clean & tidy, facilities worked.
Located near two Zone 2 tube stations, plenty of shops nearby and quiet within the building (at least on our visit)
Very good, bathroom would've been small for larger people though. There is no car park but a residency/or permit parking area.

Awful
Awful , the room was small, it had some kind of mould on ceiling. You had to keep the door open while in the en suite as there was no room to swing a cat. The breakfast orange juice was a kids carton of capri sun. The person who dealt with booking on arrival could not understand English very well and got things mixed up and was very divvy. The area was a bit rough.
