The wifi was horrible!! Couldn’t even enjoy a nice movie after a long day, and for the amount spent, that is ridiculous.

coffee table was broken when arrived. super excited to get into the hot tub but when we when to go into the hot tub the cover was busted. the water smelled like rats ass. hot tub barely worked. we called to have help all they could say was that it was working at 80% and they couldn’t fix it they would need to replace it. as for the coffee table we had to ask numerous times for maintenance to come up to remove the shattered glass or to fix it and they never did. honestly I wouldn’t ever rent with them again not for the money I paid for. honestly I feel like I should get half my money back. you guys as a cabin owner need better coordination and need to disclose with any appliances. i feel as if i got misled in the description and photos. yeah feel like again I should get half my money back and for what I paid for because it’s misleading and again im sending this review with my honest option I would like to discuss this matter if you could get ahold of me if not that’s fine. but again im giving my honest option thank you and have a nice day

It was very clean and had all the essentials you'd need if you were staying a few days. Check-in was extremely simple and was hassle free. I enjoyed the enclosed deck around the jacuzzi for privacy. While it wasn't exactly what I was expecting from the pictures, I was still really pleased with the cabin and would recommend it to anyone & will likely return another time.

The close proximity to other nearby cabins was not what I expected but it was in an enclosed community so that was better than the noise in town. I didn't like that the fireplace wasn't an option to use (it's only seasonally allowed, like Oct-April I think). Also, the jacuzzi lights weren't working when we went.

I was not able to get log on to the portal for the cabin code, they didn't tell me it was a code to get into the gate once I arrived therefore, I was holding up traffic behind me calling them to get the code, the cabin had roaches and ever time I turned on the hot water the hot water heater made a very loud noise for a while.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for us to get to everywhere we wanted to see.

Jacuzzi tub didn't work and it took a couple days of calling to get it fixed.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptical, but in all reality my fiance and I were 100% pleased with the cabin! We especially loved having a pool table and outside grill. The bed was very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great with plenty of hot water, the jetted tub worked exactly as it should and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cabin was clean inside and outside. The back porch had 2 rocking chairs, a table with 2 chairs and the jacuzzi (more of a hot tub than jacuzzi). The furniture inside was very comfortable, the refrigerator kept our food cold, the stove, microwave, washer and dryer all worked great. We didn't have a problem getting WiFi, using our phones or the TV. The photos on the website are exactly what you get! All in all our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again!

Upon arrival the gate code worked without any problems but we couldn't get the keyless entry to work on the cabin door. We had to call for another code and we were able to enter the cabin within 15 minutes of arriving. The jets in the jacuzzi barely worked but the water temperature was great and we still enjoyed our time in the jacuzzi.

Great cabin for my wife and I. We enjoyed the entire weekend close to Pigeon Forge and other attractions.

Hot tubs

TV too small. I think a pipeline is broken. When you run water it makes loud noise. It also stinks outside like rotten eggs. My guess something is stuck in pipeline
