Beautiful Property and great service!”

Very happy with our stay there! The staff are attentive and kind and the food both at breakfast and for dinner were very good! For dinner, they do ask that you let them know well before hand (a day in advance?), so they can prepare, but the hot pot they offered us was excellent and ingredients all very fresh. Best of all, my son's face lit up with a big smile when we checked in and they gave him a wonderful teddy bear as compliments for our stay. Very nice touch!

1.在大門按鈴了幾次沒有人理我們，打電話也沒人接，但裡面的員工在走來走去。在外面等了一段時間，被黑蚊叮了hen多。 2.已超過入住的時間，都不能進房子。員工說「不知道你們幾點來，agoda沒顯示電話，房子還在打掃，稍等一下」結果等了1個多小時了。但沒有相對的招待。 請問跟訪客無法確認入住時間的話不是更應該早點處理好嗎？ 3.早餐的牛奶裡很多小蟲，我喝到一半才發現。有3隻小蟲死在牛奶裡。我跟員工說了 他們回應是「哦」後轉身拿去丟掉。沒有跟我說什麼拿新的牛奶，不好意思，稍等一下等等。 他們裝新的牛奶也沒有跟我說一聲。另外，早餐配菜是冷的。 推薦是房間跟環境很不錯，可以輕鬆。
