Dont get for what u see. Poor service. ”
Book the room and was given different room from what u see in agoda. Vinhome is a new condo , this was the 2nd time I stayed. Please beware there are a few group of agent in this Vinhome, the first time I stay the agent was very good in service room is clean and neat bed was good. . Too bad I left her name card home. Book again thru agoda and see the picture , apartment is beautiful , bed look good and decided to book , turn out the apartment given was different, bed turn out to the worse bed I ever sleep. Tower was dirty with hair. The lady refuse to change the bedsheet with hair until we call and make complain, still it don’t look clean. I will never book thru this rude agent again. Lousy service.
