Great Value”
I didn't know what to expect, especially considering the price, but I decided to give Beautiful City a shot and I'm so glad I did. This hostel is extremely clean and looks fairly recently updated. I was in a three person room with an en-suite bathroom which was very nice. It was all well lit, everything smelled very clean, it wasn't noisy, the staff was helpful, the bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable, and honestly for the price it can't be beat. It's not centrally located, but it's about a three-minute walk from a metro station so getting around is easy. The wifi was a little annoying because you continually had to sign in, but when you were connected it worked well. The free breakfast wasn't anything special but at least it was an option. There's an elevator and some common spaces. The staff is there 24/7 so checking in late wasn't a problem. They provide a towel, which isn't always the case, and there were plenty of brochures and maps about things to do. I was very happy with this hostel and would stay here again.

Better than expected”
Based on the other reviews I had lower expectations for this place. But it was super cute, very clean and had a nice balcony/big window. It's close to a beautiful park that's walking distance and Belleville isn't far once you're on the train. Public transit is so good in this city! The lobby/downstairs area were way to hot so that's probably why people don't actually hang or get drinks there. It was a very quiet hostel which was a little annoying at first cause as a solo traveler I like energy but I still found like minded people to communicate with. This place was like a breath of fresh air I'd stay again.

Lovely place for a short stay in Paris”
I loved this nice and cozy hostel. The rooms were clean, the reception staff was always friendly and willing to help. A bit far away from the city center, but for me it was an advantage: the neighborhood is less crowded, restaurants are cheaper, feels more like Paris to me. Great value for money (they even offer a small breakfast). I would appreciate, however, if there was an oven in the kitchen (they only have a microwave)

Great Budget Hostel”
The only issues I had were the smell that came from the bathroom and the lack of a social centre but you get what you pay for and I did not want a busy, noisy hostel and this was perfectly suited. The location was close to the city centre without being touristy. The room was very clean and linens and toiletries were a great bonus. The free breakfast was also a nice addition for the price and overall I was very pleased with this hostel and would not only recommend it (already have) but plan to return in a few months.

Extremely clean with friendly staff”
The room and toilet inside were super clean and quite spacious. I couldn't have an early check-in until 3pm but staffs were friendly. Location is good, near metro station although there was a short steep road near the hostel which made me quite struggling with my big luggage.

I found the staff very helpful and the hostel is pleasant. Hostels usually have cooking facilites - this one has one microwave, one sink, no cooker, no cooking utensils or pans, little crockery, but there is always hot water.

near metro station which is convenient to go anywhere. and many restaurant and grocery nearby. room is clean and shower room in the room which is big. all bed has it own power point! most staff are very nice except one fat guy, which is quite rude. free breakfast is nice! with kitchen and fridge and microwave.

For the price paid I was pleasantly surprised. The reception staff were very helpful and could speak English and had extensive knowledge of the area to give advice on eating, transport etc. Very good experience.

Overall is good. Friendly staff, staff help a lot and so helpful when I dunno how to go some place or not ideal. good location cause near metro, easy for going everywhere.
