Beautiful stay with wonderful host”
I must say this is one of the great homestay I have had so far and the best host/owner I had met. The place is clean n cosy but the most important is to have a friendly, nice n helpful host who will go all out to help n ensure your stay is comfortable n safe. Beautiful funky resort next to an awesome river bike path. It's better if you have a car, even better if you have kids, who will love it. However, swimming and canoeing for adults are nearby, but not part of the resort, as the description implies.

Great Family Stays”
A Resort which earned my 'likeness' on its location, i.e. tranquility, an excellence place to relax, & it is next to a huge Park, with Cycling Tracks, suitable for cycle & runs. The staffs, starting from the Owner to the receptionist, including the 'house-Chef', were friendly & warmth, displayed their excellences ‘地主之谊’ (hosting in their local manner). An excellence Resort to stay, again for my next travel into DongShan, YiLan.

Excellent for a retreat”
The stay was excellent. We went there for a retreat. The Room was excellent, clean and comfy. Super Big Bath-tub. The scenery also depends on where the room is. Our room was half facing a construction of another building, thus with builders working throughtout the day. The location of the resort was far off Luo-Dong town. We initially thought could take a walk to the night market, but needed taxi which cost NT$170 per trip. The nearest food place for dinner was a 20 min walk, a sabu-sabu restaurant, which is worth the walk, as you will cross a bridge and enjoy the serenity of the place (please bring a touch light as there are some steps from the bridge without lightings. The resort staff loan us one, thus we are ok) But the whole stay was great, very relaxing. Breakfast was home-cook porridge with side dishes. Very homely. Staff (or I can say, owners) are very friendly. The dog too, very friendly. Great for retreat and time of family get-together

Cosy B&B makes you feel like a local”
We chose this B&B because it got a top score on Internet. It is a bit far for the town center but for us that means we have a really quite and relaxing surrounding. There is no lift in the building but the stairs are not steep. There are bicycles for rent which you can make use to ride in the famous Dongnshan River park which is only one minute walking from the B&B. The B&B is decorated with a Southeast Asia style and there are multiple functional rooms like a library room, a small lounge and a breakfast room. We found the bed very soft and comfort. There is also a bath tub in the room and free SPA salts are provided so you can take a bath. There is also a nice balcony from which you can see the splendid countryside view. The B&B is a little bit over-commercialized to my standard. But I really like the breakfast that was prepared by the manager's mother everyday which are not something you can have on the street or in normal hotels. These are the true, local Taiwanese dishe! The Wifi signal on the third floor is not weak but bizarrely it is hard to connect to Internet sometimes.

Its near the dongshan riverbank. The host is nice and friendly and cooked a widespread of food. The grandfather even called us to check if we eaten dinner as the place was away from luodong night market.

Great stay”
We stayed here last year but I forgot to submit my review. My partner and I were doing a roadtrip around Taiwan with our two small dogs and finding accommodation that accepted pets wasn't always easy. This place was perfect. The room was very nice and the staff were helpful. Close to a lovely park and walking path and close to restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms, great view, located right next to a beautiful park, offered free bike rentals but the staff was so accommodative to us as we needed to check in late as well as some other issues unrelated to the B&B. Thanks so much and we would definitely come back!

This is a small local hotel in a very convenient location. Comfortable room with large windows, soaking tub, and comfortable bed. Large Asian buffet breakfast. Play room for kids and a large outdoor raised leisure area. The best part is the staff. They are extremely helpful and accomodating!!!

👍 👍👍 Ming Su Stay @ Yilan”
Upon arrival at abt 2pm, owner was kind and offer tea and muffins as we have not ate our lunch. Room is neat and clean and the bathroom has facility for spa. There is the Dong Shan park nearby where we cycled from the Ming Su and enjoyed ourselves there。 Would highly recommend this Ming su to others.

Location is accessible via bus from main road, and near to waterpark and cycling path; and they provide bikes for free usage. Other than that, facilities alittle worn but basic and sufficient.
