Beauty Guesthouse”
I came to the beauty guesthouse from Hanoi, where I was lucky enough to stay in an up scale hotel called the Hanoi pearl. I was meeting friends in Ho Chi Minh and I was happy to stay anywhere. The rooms in the beauty guesthouse were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were good too. But the staff here made this guesthouse the best place I have stayed in my travels both in South East Asia and South America. It was miles better than the luxury of Hanoi's pearl hotel and I would strongly recommend it to anyone travelling in Ho Chi Minh. I made good friends with the staff and should I return to Vietnam I will certainly be looking out for available rooms at the beauty guesthouse.

Overall, very satisfied”
If you don't like steps, don't book here! No lift. We are okay with steps but still were on the top floor. The breakfast basic and is a good compliment to staying here. The water ran hot, clean overall. The city in general is noisy but really that is just how HCM is and I noticed that everything strangley anf almost simultaneously gets quiet around 1 -130am. I found the staff accomadating to our needs even when we asked for a Chu Chi tunnel booking at 11pm! They called and got it set up right at 7 the next day. and who I believe is the manager very helpful and enjoyable to chat with. All and all what I look for was in this place - good value for money, good location, free breakfast so I don't get hAngry, good customer service. The wifi sucked but honestly I have found this to be the situation all around Vietnam so far. The solution has been to go use wifi whike at a more secluded cafe, etc. Even at a more expensive resort I am at now for 3 days the wifi has been shit. I'd rebook!

the rooms are enough comfort, breakfast was really nice and we really felt welcome in this guesthouse! I would recomend to stay here for people how like a friendly and welcome atmosphäre and want to be close to all the main parts to visit in saigon Thanks for the nice stay! :)

The staff is the best about this guesthouse”
What made the stay at this guesthouse so special was the staff performance - very outgoing, smiling and helpful people. Also the breakfast in the morning was good. The WiFi worked perfectly and the location is very central. The single room has no window, but at least you don´t hear the noise from the street. My only criticism is the cleanliness of the bathroom as it was unfortunately not cleaned properly after the last guest.

Demanded more money than booking rate”
Morning staff was rude,. Received a knock on our door saying they would not honor the rate we booked through Agoda for the second night of our stay. We were told to to cancel the reservation and pay a much higher price or leave, even though I was on the way to the hospital for a procedure. Also, upon check out, same staff member brought down the towel from our room and asked me to explain a small smudge on it. He made such a big deal about it, I asked if I needed to wash. Talk about harassing and embarrassing! Extremely happy with Agoda and how they resolved the situation with the reservation. However, I have never been been embarrassed and threatened to be kicked out of a hotel before and we have traveled throughout 30 countries.

Good location, close to airport bus, nice receptionnist”
Basic room for low price. Wonderful receptionist who is taking good care of the guests. Internet is fine. 5 min walk from the bus station. It would be great to add bars at the windows on the 4th floors as there is a flat roof just under.

The room is comfortable and its clean with strong water pressure for bath. The location is near to the main street (Pham Ngu Lao Street) with lot bars and bistro. Although it is near to the main street, it is quiet in the night time. The staff is friendly and able to communicate in English fluently.

Great place to stay”
Is in walkong distance of almost everywhere and surrounded by bars, restaurants and markets but still the rooms are very quiet. Has a fridge, aircon and a fantastic shower and is very clean. The staff/ owner are very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and the breakfast weren't bad for the price we paid. If you had a late night you had to ring the bell and call through to wake the staff up as he slept on a blanket on the floor...abit inconvenient and felt sorry for him! For the price I would definetly recommend this hotel

- The staff was friendly and helpful - Location was great, right in the bustle hustle of Dist. 1 - However the room was quite small and the shower was weak. - Breakfast was just plain bread and egg, or butter, or jam, every day. - Wiffi was weak eventually I always used 3G

I spend there three nights with my family. Hotel has great location but also traffic and other street noices sounded too well to our room. Staff were really friendly and helpful. From my point of view hotel really needs renovation. But room was spacious.

Great Location”
1 min walk to club area, 10 min walk to Malaysia Street. The accommodation is under upgrading during our stay 3rd Nov - 6 Nov 2018, unfortunately we have not been informed by the hotel. During day time, it was very noisy and dusty with construction works. We cannot enjoy our stay at the lobby at all and we can hear the drilling works from our room at level 2. The room is very big and looks new after upgrading. We have to go to other hotel 50 meter away to have our breakfast. On 1st night, I am back to the hotel at 1am, but the door was locked, I have to wait for about 15min, after I am asking my friend to go to the lobby asking the receptionist to open the door. He found receptionist was sleeping. In my opinion they shouldn't locked the door, in case of emergency there is no way out without the key.

good location,. friendly stuff, hot shower and clean seats, air conditioner works in perfect, descent free wifi and delicious free breakfast with 17usd for a night was enough worthy for me. Would llke to stay that hostel next time too. thank you.
