WiFi worked somewhat. The room had some meager air conditioning. There are many restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

Korean housekeeper and her assistant will gossip about you if they think you don't understand Japanese or Korean. Staff speak VERY limited English. The place is located above a restaurant, so you have to go through four flights of stairs to get to the door. Then another four flights of stairs to get to the room. Cleanliness is an issue throughout the property (see photos). Bed is turned down but nothing is changed, even on the day that you leave, so the next person sleeps in the same covers/sheets that you used, who knows for how long this goes on. Found a cockroach on the floor both morning. There are no actual showers, just the sauna. In fact the place is just a sauna with some rooms above it. It was 33 degrees Celsius outside but 45 degrees inside. The beds are above the sauna so the floor is is hot all day long. I suppose this is great in winter but yea well.... Some beds have no plug points so you have to sit on the burning floor whilst using/charging your device. You can't bring your handbag into the room, must leave it in a locker near the reception area. If you have a big bag, well... that stays at the tiny reception area too. You have to wear a robe, not a bad thing in that heat but not the most desirable thing either. The place screams 'get out of here!'

The description didn't really add up when we arrived to the location. We thought it was a hostel with a sauna as an annex, turned out to be primarily a sauna with some beds in an upper floor. Staff spoke almost no english. Bath was good, but would not go again.

The staff is really friendly and tries to make it as comfortable as possible. The location is great, just around the corner of a variety of restaurants and shops and a metro stop close by.

The communication with the staff is complicated as they do not really speak English. The first time entering this location feels really strange - almost everyone is walking around in a bathrobe. The showers are inside of the sauna facilities and are open to everyone, while the sinks and hairdrayer are located in the common area.

Le personnel est super. Ce sont des petites femmes vraiment agréables, sympathiques et serviables, elles ont été conciliantes avec moi plus d'une fois :) le spa est très bien aménagé et propre ! Les lits confortables et le ménage est fait tout les jours

ロケーションはまあまあ。

内装工事を繰り返しているのか、動線がとにかく複雑。火災発生時の避難経路が十分確保されていないように思えた。またプラスチックの波板を張っただけの外階段を通らなければならず、あれでは冬は寒くて耐えられないだろう。スタッフは在日コリアンのおばあちゃんやおばさん達だが、韓国で起こったサウナの火事のことを思い出さずにいられなかった。

ネット情では予約成立したが、 予約はその日に遅かった為、部屋はいっぱい見たいで、無理に布団で良いしてくれました。

一つ部屋の中で6人から8人いる為、人の動き、部屋での出入りで、中々寝られません。部屋の温度が暑く感じて、エアコンは勝ってに動かせません。窓開ければ涼しい風が入りますが、外の雑音は耳に入り、やっぱり窓を閉めます（；＿；）

都心にあり、どこへ行くにも便利だった。

誰が従業員か分からず、態度もサービスも良くなかった。 予約して行ったが、予約されてないと言われ、パソコンの操作も慣れていないようだった。 充電やタオルの替えにもお金がかかるところ。

立地と、気軽にお風呂と寝床が確保できること。 お湯は少し熱めですが、ゆっくり入れます。

寝床の指示があいまいな時があるらしく、私はきちんと案内をしていただきましたが、他の人は夜中、明け方にベッドを入れ替わるなど、ハプニングがありました。 ちょっと不安です。
