Shend from Kosovo
Stayed 1 night in September 2015
Location (near to the airport), room cleanliness, room comfort.
I stayed there for 1 night as I had to catch an early morning flight the next day. It was quite in overall good for a solo traveler like me. However, I rated the value for money at 3 since I wasn't aware that I must pay for breakfast, and it was quite expensive (5 euros). Moreover, I couldn't enjoy a standard breakfast as it was the early morning (5:30 AM), so the owner prepared me a sandwich, a small yogurt and a small juice. I though that was included in the room price at first, which should've been anyway.
The location is very near to the airport, which is a good thing. However, the staff could've been a bit more cheerful, especially the male owner who didn't even say goodbye after dropping me by at the airport. The shuttle service was 5 euros for one way, which was perhaps a fair price, even though I didn't have the luggage with me at that time (since I had a transfer flight).
In overall, it was good (especially the Wifi). However, a 3 star hotel should at least have an air conditioner, that's why it is a bit overrated.
