Everything is just amazing”
It's away from the old city but we loved it! It's peaceful and quiet. Sometimes you would hear the sound of planes (since it's quite close to the airport) but it won't disturb your sleep much. You would hear the roosters in the morning. Staffs could speak English fluently and they're friendly too. Feel free to ask them to recommend places for you. There are also 3 cute cats in the area. If you like Nimman area and you're on a budget, this is the right place. Nimman is just 1.4 km away. There's another BED at Nimman too so you can enjoy the facilities there for free (pool, mineral water etc.).. But make sure you show that you're staying at Changkian. Definitely recommend this place and if I were to come back to Chiang Mai, I won't hesitate to book this place.

Delicious breakfast”
Love the local thai breakfast. Fried chicken, grilled chicken, grilled pork, northern sausage with sticky rice and free flow of juice. Bed is comfy and room is clean. Only downside is the sound of aeroplanes flying past and the shower water drainage that wasn’t draining fast enough due to the powerful water pressure. Enough parking for guest. Definitely worthwhile stay for the price paid for.

Amazing Stay!”
It was a really wonderful time staying at BED! The room is spacious and relatively clean (but there was an ant’s nest in my room I believe so - near the window). Beds were super comfy and water is provided too! The staffs were super friendly. I was eating breakfast by myself one morning and Frame came over to talk to me and we had a good chat! I really loved their breakfast !!!! Maybe a suggestion would be separating the sticky rice from the skewers so that we will not waste the rice if we just wanted the skewer :/

Good stay with excellent staff”
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed warmly and the staff went the extra mile to help us purchase one of the toiletries from outside. They handled difficult customers with patience and a genuine smile during the breakfast buffet. 5 stars for the staff!!

The best service and good vibes ”
I like everything about the BED hotel: location, interior, style, service and vibes. The staff is the best! You are always welcomed and the guys are always ready to answer any question and help with everything. I liked just spending some time in dining area having breakfast in the morning or tea in the evening. I definitely come back again :)

My favorite hotel in Chiang Mai ”
I like everything about the hotel: the staff, the service, the interior, the room and a view from the window, the breakfast and the vibe of course! This is why I extended my stay for 9 nights more because it's become a home for me in Chiang Mai ;) No doubt I will stay in the hotel again when I come back to Chiang Mai.

Exceptional”
Room offers no view of Doi Suthep unlike the photos. However, the room is comfortable and clean. The shower is separated from toilet. Bike can be rented for free from the lobby. There is also a fridge filled with bottled water available on every floor, free to pick up your own anytime.

I recommend this hotel to all you guy. it really worth of your money. you can enjoy a superb quolity of budget which maybe you not ever experiencing before. i will tell you like. my scoring -- ( lowest = 1 highest = 5 ) calm - 4.5 bed mat = 5 pillow = 5 bahtroom = 5 room facility = 5 breakfast = 5 ( depend on what you like i like local food like pork grill and chicken grill with sticky rice , bread jam, etc. ) staff = 5 very friendly and nice. parking = 5 i have experience here for two time when i travel to chiangmai . and it definitely make me feel relax and happy while i stay their.

This hotel has all adequate facilities and amenities required. Very polite and helpful staff. Very good breakfast provided. Good coffee, bottled water, fruits, snacks and local grilled meat with glutinous rice for breakfast. Room is big enough with hot shower, daily housekeeping, towels. Hotel is walking distance to Chiang Mai university, near night market, 7-11, Ibis hotel. Easily accessible using Grab / e-hailing services. Had a great time staying here. Thanks alot.

Awesome hotel”
"Bed" is the best selection for all locations at Chiang Mai as we had stayed almost all of "Bed" hotel brands. Only lacking of swimming pool at Changkian for us to take pictures whereas Bed Nimman swimming pool is great for bikini sun-set pics. Good service from the staffs of Changkian and always smiling and accommodating to the guest of the hotel. I would stay at "Bed" again when we visit Chiang Mai again. Anyway always hard to book the rooms we wanted as not only I would say its awesome but other guests would agree with me as well.
