The room smelled with smoke even though the hotel is non smoking. Bathroom was not really that clean and rooms look smaller and older than on the pics. Breakfast was not bad, but the coffee machine was broken.

Friendly staff, close to Zhongli station”
Our stay at Beethoven Express Hotel was pleasant, our flight was supposed to arrive at 12:30am but delayed for 3 hours hence did not arrive in Taoyuan til around 5am. The staff waited for us all this time and had a friendly attitude despite the long wait. Buffet styl breakfast was included and it included many delicious local dishes. Even though it was a short stay for us, we would definitely come back. It is a good stay if your flight lands early and you require some accommodation close to the Taoyuan airport.

Great location, so-so service and food”
i stayed in a deluxe room and it was really nice. the bed was as soft as a cloud, the sheets were soft, and there was a tub in the bathroom. they also had a hot/cold water dispenser in the room, which was real nice. it took about 5-8 minutes to walk to zhongli station which is great. same thing for the bus terminals which are on the other side of the station. great if you want to go to leo foo village, or window on china, as there is a bus that goes right to the parks. there is also a bus that goes to taoyuan international airport. the breakfast and night snack were so-so. i'm sure it would appeal to taiwanese people, but it didn't to me.

As the Beethoven Express Hotel is strategically located in the city, the access to the other major city is very inconvenient, found that the local food at nearby restaurants also delicious. Overall, the stay is nice!

Little motel at little town”
About 1/2 hr taxi drive from taoyuan airport. This little motel is good for staying overnight for next day trip. Room is good for couple. Provided supper but only porrigde. Did not try coz doesn't look tasty. Breakfast has alot of choice. Mostly local dish. Took taxi to HSR for departing to Kaoshiong. Price is consider reaonablw for such a well equip motel.

quite, comfy hotel”
staffs are very friendly and helpful. hotel provide free breakfast and mid night snack which is an extra bonus. we hvn't tried the snack but the breakfast is good. check in time is, it's a bit late. room are clean and big, bed is comfy. we stayed there 3 nights and 1 of the night we asked to change our towels, we hv been waited for 1 hrs, then someone knocked, there are police checking the entire hotel. entered our rooms at 11pm and asked us to show passports. i got a cold and was resting, forced to get up, quite an experience.

A small but up-to-standard hotel”
the hotel has a crew of friendly staff. it offers helpful services and practical advice on many things. there's no wifi but the internet service is satisfactory. the breakfast is tasty though the late evening meal is less appealing. the washroom is big but too old, without a curtain. the air-conditioning is not cold enough but still comfortable when compared to the air temperature outdoors. on the whole, i'm satisfied with this hotel and would like to recommend it to other agoda travellers to zhongli, taiwan.

Value for Money Stay”
hotel staffs are very kind and passionate to serve its customer. room and bathroom are clean and comfortable to stay eventhough the room interior design (wall paper) may looks a bit old fashion to some people. what we like most is the hotel gives us a homestay (min shu) feeling as it has buffet meal in the morning and supper for free which featured some of the taiwan local delicacies. there is a train station with 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Cheap but uncomfortable rooms”
I stayed in Beethoven Express Hotel for a night together with my sister (a day before we leave Taiwan). The hotel rate is quite cheap and it is very near to the train station and convenience stores. However, the hotel rooms is not comfortable and the toilet is quite dirty.

hotel with excellent public transportion network”
Overall this hotel is good, with train station and bus interchange near by. Sit back and relax in 75 minutes and NT 80 and you can reach Taipei. There is supper provided after 10pm. Within 5 minutes walking and there is 7-11 and family mart. Around train station there is a lot of shops and feel free to explore it.

Stayed at this lil' love motel for a night!”
Me and a friend booked a room for one night, it was a good price and very close to the train station, many restaurants nearby, also a few convenience stores. Breakfast was excellent, many options. A bit of language barrier with concierge, but I called my Chinese friend to translate for me that I needed a taxi in the morning and to tell them where I needed to go, and it worked out perfectly.

customers like me, who want to stay hotels in this range of price in taiwan, might need to study basic chinese such as greetings, how to count numbers, and how to read chinese characters. this hotel gives almost every explanation in chinese. this might reflect as a difficulty to an international customer who wishes to use it for a transit but has little knowledge of chinese language. i happened to have knowledge of common chinese characters used in east asia so i was able to see what the instruction near the bathtub was saying: please empty the bathtub after you finish bathing. except the points above, the hotel left an impression to the price.

Cheap and close to Train station ”
Room at 10th flr, lift only until 9th flr, and have to take stairs to another level. Lift is small, but still ok. Room is nice, with nice design. Very value for money. From TaoYuan airport to this hotel took around 30 - 40 min car ride. Close to train station, but not advisable for those with heavy luggage, as the train stations do not have escalator etc, and you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs to reach the train platform, which is killing me btw haha

Tiny hotel rooms, but friendly service”
did not care for the selling of sex toys in the vending machines; gives hotel a cheap feeling; enjoyed the night snack and the breakfast; service was extremeley friendly and even handed out gifts when we checked out; room was a bit stuffy

I'd go there again”
Reminds me of some Korean/Japanese motels. A large room with an uncomfortable bed. My room had no AC, just a fan. Then I moved rooms when my Internet wasn't working and discovered I then not only had AC, but also jacuzzi bubblers in the bath! It was a very nice stay for a reasonable price, and very close to Jhongli Station. Rooms are a bit old, though some may have been recently renovated.
