Spent two nights here before moving to the down town. This hotel is at the third ring road on the west of the Beijing city but Agoda website showed the second ring road which confused the taxi driver from airport. Room is quite nice and worth the money. Generally clean and have transparencies between the bathtub and the room. TV not clear, signal not good. A bit far...
It is located in a quiet community and within walking distance to the Xizhimen subway station. The room was clean, and the wifi was great (much better than my China Mobile 3G). We didn't try their breakfast. There are KFC, McDonald's, a convenient store, a Russian bakery, and many restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend this place.
The only thing that I would recommend would be for there to be WiFi. The rooms have free Internet, but you have to plug in the ethernet cord, which is not good for smartphone/tablet users. Apart from that, it was a great stay: clean, comfortable, and about a 15-minute walk from the subway.
