Relatively convenient
Location is quite convenient, one subway stop away from the airport express line, and within a short subway or taxi ride from Sanlitun area. I requested a newly renovated room but was told since I booked on Agoda, they don't receive my request. I was given a "Chinese style", "renovated" room, but that renovation must have taken place quite a few years back... If the booking in made on Agoda, be sure to call the hotel and ask to be put in a newly renovated room. I think those are the lower level floors with the western decoration.

Service level is declining
We have requested double bed room but the reception had not checked our special request through Agoda and allocated twin bed room without explanation, after more than 20 mins of the check-in procedure. I used English at the recepetion but I acrually understand Chinese and I heard some of the disappointing words for me... since it seemed like there was a mistake for my booking date. I definately booked for 19th Sep at Agoda but seemed like it was booked as 19th Oct on their system. This hotel used to provide more sophisticated service but now it changed to staff-centered service...

Need to be more productive when an issue arises. The wet carpet in my room though reported immediately room was allocated was not rectified nor my room changed for me. This is unacceptable for a facility as Landmark Beijing

I felt it to be just an average Chinese business hotel. It was alright, the rooms I felt did not block out noises really well. I could hear all the noises from the corridors. I reallly liked the restaurants in the hotel, very convenient and not very bad quality either. Transportation wasn't too bad.
