Excellent! Large room, clean, quiet. Friendly staff.
The staff was friendly, the room was huge and very clean. The hotel was very quiet and the breakfast buffet was expansive. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Satisfied Stay, Good Price
Counter Staff was friendly and willing to help. Near the Train Station. Prompt Housekeeping Services. Good Pricing
Stay was relatively comfortable. A little odor of smoke (bearable) but no pointerest complaining, it's the guest who breach the no smoking law in the hotel. One morning as I stepped out my room, 2 Chinese men were smoking with their room door wide open for ventilation. No complains, don't wanna spoil my holiday. Other than that, the services compensated my endurance. No complains. Good Stay with Good Pricing.

superb experience, confortable stay, good rates
Nice rooms, reosanable rates, good location, value for money
Very good, will recommend to others. we have got a very good rate too. Yet as a learning it is bit difficult to converse with the staff due to the language problem, but not a big issue.

The hotel is not good as I thought.
Good location closes to the subway.
It's not really good for the business travel since there is no free internet service provided. We booked two rooms, no free internet, no AC, all refrigerators had no power, one room had no safe box...etc.

Good for the price
Clean room and bathroom, good air con, good breakfast, good location for my needs
overall, i was satisfioed with this hotel. one very serious drawback, however, is the lack of spoken english among the staff. it turned even the simplest request into a major drama and doubled the time it took to check in and check out. the other issue was that there was meant to be wi-fi in the lobby but it didn't exist. i had to pay quite a lot for wired connection in my room. in this day and age, it should be possible to have free wi-fi in the rooms.
