Good sleep and nice hot shower”
Room was super quite though the hotel located in the bussiest street of Surabaya and 3 AC outdoors were located bellow the room window. Realky appreciated that the hot shower was still available when we arrive in the middle of the night.

Near to TP”
Its very convenient to stay here as it is near to the biggest mall in Surabaya, TP. At the mall i can get almost everything I need for my stay. The only downside I would say is the lift are sometimes awfully slow and that the rooms are quite crammy

Location”
The hotel is in a good location. Malls, offices, and eating places are all around it. Amenities are adequate for business people or budget travelers. The room I stayed had the longest bathroom I've been to so far. Nothing fancy about it, just a long one.

Strategic located l and value for money hotel”
Bekizaar Hotel located near the huge Tanjungan Plaza where you could easily find various local food ,western, chinese and japanese restaurants. The hotel itself is quite nice for a short stay. Comfortable bed, air-condition and hot shower are working nicely. However there is no fridge in my room. Not many choices of breakfast.

Nice Hotel for business trip ”
pleasant stay in a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and located in downtown Surabaya, track easy to get public transportation, because I happened to have in the annuity purposes plaza so the hotel location is very good because it has to stay on foot, if you want to shop also live walking distance to the Tunjungan plaza IV allowance, for those of you who had plans to surabaya hotel bekizaar could be an option for your lodging place.

I was staying in Bekizar hotel for one night only with my traveling friend. We booked for twin room. I wasn't so surprise when I see the small and very basic room. I cant say much about the basic room, but it has very good location. Located centrally at the downtown, just opposite of one of the best shopping center in Surabaya and next to 24hrs McDonnald's.

Great Location but small rooms”
This is my first visit to Surabaya. Being with my family, I have taken two rooms-one business king bed and the other room is twin bed. Both rooms are equally big/small and since it is a new hotel I considered it very clean with comfortable bedding. Qiblah positioning (for muslim) is available. It would be better if the rooms would be equipped with water kettle.

my stay was good. take too long for check in”
this is a brand new hotel, centrally located to city center, right in front of biggest shopping mall in surabaya and next to 24-hour fast food restaurant. The only annoying thing was it took too long for check in, there were a lot of guests waiting to be served and there was only one receptionist. I had to wait for around 30 minutes to get served. But, this hotel is good overall.

Our stay was excitingly enjoyable. The location of the hotel made it easy to move anywhere around Surabaya with the ever available affordable taxis. The largest mall in town is just across the road. There are two 24 hours fast food outlets (Mac D & KFC) just besides the hotel.

Great location with good price but small room.”
This is a brand new hotel with the perfect location for business, shopping and holiday. Can reach many interesting points in Surabaya by walking and public transportation (easyly found taxi, bus, micro bus etc). The drop in drop off sometime difficult because limited parking area and the parking lot is at the back is also limited with no clear sign. The lobby is small and have one sofa and no newspapers available. The room is small and clean and not much space with one king bed size. The room amenity is also limited and low quality. The breakfast was provided but low quality service and low quality food.

it is a bussines hotel.. i think the room is not wide.. but it is clean, the bed also comfortable, have a small bathroom but very clean.. but the location is great at all.. it's at the center of surabaya.. right in front of tunjungan plaza.. good reception.. about the parking area, it is too small, i think..

It was fast when we check,in, the staffs are polite even though the parking lot is narrow but the valet service was adequate to balance the weakness. I'll be sure to stay here again when come to Surabaya next time (btw it's located right in front of Tunjungan Plaza)

I stayed in bekizaar for surabaya festival, hotel was clean but the food was poor. Hope this hotel can offer family room with the best price as a two stars hotel
