1) The hotel is located near to Nana Train Station. 2) Hotel serves Halal breakfast 3) Many Halal Restaurants nearby 4) If you’re in a group of 4, taking Grab to places like MBK, Pratunam, Chatuchak, is much convenient and the price is about the same as taking the train for 4 people. Grab drivers use short-cuts to avoid the jam at certain locations. 5) The best part of this hotel is the staff. They’re very friendly and helpful. They will hail a cab for you, help you with your bags & luggages, greet you with a friendly smile and guide you with the locations you intend to go. 6) The Family Room is quite big and very clean. We thank all the staff that made our stay a pleasant and enjoyable one.

Exceptional”
A brilliant hotel located just off sukhumvit road close to BTS station. We stayed in the tribeca club lounge which provides a variety of drinks and snacks throughout the day, (would highly recommend upgrading). Rooms were spacious and cleaned each day however are a little old fashioned . Mini bar is provided in your room along with tea, coffee etc and complimentary bottles of water. The breakfast is fantastic with a great selection of English, Arabic, Chinese and Thai food to choose from. The staff at the Belaire are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble which is one of the reasons we return yearly. Swimming pool is of an average size equipped with a bar. The staff are very friendly providing clean towels and ensuring that the area is kept clean and tidy.

1 night for Test&Go but AMAZING!”
This hotel was awesome!! I arrived just after lunchtime for my 1 night Test & Go package. Room was ready, they called up around 1 hour later for me to go for my included PCR test. Lunch and Dinner provided first day and Breakfast the next morning were DELICIOUS! They were also super understanding when I accidentally slept through checkout time, waited 2hrs to call and didn't charge any extra - so thanks for that! My only 2 small blips were that dinner was that I received lunch at 230pm (could just be because I had only just arrived) and then dinner was served at 530pm... so I was hungry later. Bring snacks!!! Also, the hotel called me at 1am to tell me my PCR test was negative. Appreciate that they told me, but I was asleep and due to jetlag that call woke me for hours which has messed up my sleep patterns...!

Very Happy with the Service”
Stayed there for one night to get the PCR test required to travel on. Pick up from the airport was well organized. After you pass the gate into the arrival hall, you simply find the guy with the sign of the hotel. Waited for about 10 minutes, and we left in a van for the hotel. There were two girls in the van that arrived from the UK and the Netherlands. So we had a nice chat till we arrived at the hotel. You get your room number and go to your room. A few minutes later I got a call from a nice assistant who explained everything to me. She sends dinner to the room and I waited for the PCR test. That one was at 8pm. The next morning I got breakfast and later lunch. The test result was back at midday, and I was on my way. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Lots of space in the bathroom too. Internet worked good. Everybody was charming and helpful - great staff!! The food: I heard horror stories from friends that stayed in other hotels. Not so in the BelAire! Food was excellent! I had vegetarian and was super surprised. I can recommend the hotel 100%

Their service and staff are superb. 1.Served welcome drink 2.Breakfast delivered to your room any time if you have to get out early for a trip. (delicious too) 3.Can keep your luggage at the hotel (after checkout) if your flight late in the evening and you want to go somewhere. And they offer a room if you want to take a bath and change clothes before go to airport. 4. My wife left her hp in toilet at a lobby. The staff found it and kept it safe. 5. A large variety of Halal foods during breakfast at the restaurant.

I arrived very early in the morning and had to wait for my room to be ready. They served me and the other arriving travellers breakfast and I was able to check in earlier. Overall great experience, super nice and welcoming staff, room was very clean and a pleasant stay.

I choice superior room was good but when I see duplex room then requested for shifting then reception staff was very help to book same day for me and recommend me the room will be ready next , next day I move to the room as promised without daily’s. Cleaning was good and on time always when I requested. I had problem in toilet and room service/ cleaning teams supervisor really was helpful. We are looking again to stay next time

SHA+ 1 night quarantine stay”
The hotel managed my booking for thai pass with a lot of care and reminded me kindly of missing information. The pickup from airport and transfer to room was flawless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delivered to room and very, very good. I am sure this is a good place to stay in future travels hopefully after pandemic.
