Great for young children, if you are adults only - don't go in school holidays, good for ski in/out”

Breakfast had a reasonable selection, although the egg chef often did not start at 7.30am Evening food also has a decent selection The refurbed bar/restaurant was nice staff worked very hard and were always pleasant The entertainment team were great - we watched 2 of the shows in the theatre which started at 9pm, these were good but should have come with parental guidance due to the Moulin Rouge theme in 1 in particular, so it felt a bit awkward knowing lots of under 11s were watching
No control of children running around the bar area The Savoyard restaurant was overated, we were sat within a foot of the next table, the staff forgot about us and we had to ask for our food, we had the raclette and all we got with it were meats and potatoes, we had to ask for salad, there was no desert (only tangerines!) - we wished we had just gone to the main restaurant - such a shame Room was quite small for suitcases and dated, the light switch was broken when we arrived and wouldn't turn on, someone did a temporary fix but it wasn't properly repaired by maintenance during our stay. No Rose wine at the bar but it was on tap in the restaurant ....

the location that was close to all facilities in the area.The excellent food provided,especially at lunch and dinner! The fact that It’s all inclusive in the real sense of the world.The entertainment provided at the hotel.As well as the overall friendliness of the staff
the cleaning service for the rooms was not the best.I booked two rooms.Was there for five nights.One of those rooms was only cleaned once in that whole five days.Had to eventually go ask for towels and toilet paper!!
