Bellagio Hotel, inspired by the villages of Europe, is a grand accommodation overlooking a blue lake in which fountains perform a magnificent ballet. This property is something of a landmark in itself and is located three minutes away from the O Cirque du Soleil, five minutes from the Bellagio Hotel Casino, and five minutes away from Paris Las Vegas. Facilities and services are of the highest quality and include a nightclub, 24-hour room service, facilities for disabled guests, and laundry service. A gorgeous pool provides some recreation, and so too does the steam room, fitness center, and hot tub. It is undeniable that a stay at the Bellagio Hotel would truly be the best way to experience Las Vegas.

Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and facilities and staff are all a plus plus. However , slightly disappointed at the mini bar arrangement which disallowed to use the fridge . The walk from reception to the hotel room is a bit too far.
5 star hotel”
Loved the hotel and facilities overall are great. However , slightly disappointed at the mini bar arrangement which disallowed to use the fridge . The walk from reception to the hotel room is a bit too far.
Hidden charges and always being ripped off”
Aussie tourist, stayed 5 night, April 2019 Pros - central location Cons - resort fee on check out of $39 plus taxes per night, no kettle in bedroom $32.40 per night to hire one, no fridge $50 a night to hire. Long queues for everything from reception to restaurants and cafes to the pool. Basic room similar to a 3 star hotel, hotel must be self rates as a 5 star. Take the pool, concessions and casino away and it's nothing. Highly recommend any alternative hotel on the strip!
Very good resort in vegas”
It's very busy hotel. The room was in a reasonable size. If you upgraded your room when checking in, you need to make sure that you are not charged again for the resort fee that you have been charged with your initial booking.
worth staying once”
When you check in, the staff keep trying to persuade you into upgrading your room, saying that it's a special offer etc... hmm.. we actually arrived a bit early (before their check in time) and the staff told me that she will let me check in early if I upgrade my room... so I eventually did pay extra and upgraded my room. Because it was a fountain view room, we were able to watch the fountains through the window and also listen to the music (live) through their fountain channel (which was pretty cool, I must admit). But apart from that.. not much?? It's worth staying once... for the experience. But I'd rather go to another hotel with better value, if I ever visit Vegas again.
Great location, pools, shopping and a beautiful property. It was a little crowded but still enjoyable
Great location, but needs a few upgrades”
Great location on the strip. Needs to update charging facilities. A docking station so you only need lightning cable would have been easier in the rooms. No many accessible power points if you have short cables. Being able to access a shelf in the bar fridge would also have been helpful.
LOVED! Would stay again.”
We stayed at MGM and Bellagio... Bellagio knocked MGM out of the park! Luxury at it's best, was classic and romantic and fantastic! Will return! Customer service and cleaning crew - amazing! Just don't use the mini bar unless your cashed up ;) haha
First vacation in 10 years!”
Due to a busy work lifestyle, my wife and I had not gone on vacation in the three years we have been together and I have not been on vacation in a decade. The hotel was beautiful, the staff warm and kind making the stay incredible. Thank you, Bellagio!
First time visit to Las Vegas”
The $39 dollar per night rezort fee was not made clear and a good job we were only there for 4 x nights, the my account section which you can access via the TV is good but again be very careful as the FIJI water in the room will cost you $18.95, the same bottle at the pool will cost $6.95 around the pool area, the bill can soon rack up and leave you feeling you not actually had anything for the hundreds of dollars it can end up at checkout. Pros: pertfectly situated on the strip, if you're lucky to get a room facing the famous fountains it's an amazing view. The hotel is absolutely stunning and has all you need, the pool area is also perfect if you get the time to just relax, with so much to do 24/7.
Horrific Checkin procedures”
We had a terrible experience with Bellagio. Everything else ok but checkin was a nightmare!!! After travelling for 24 hours to get there we where faced with horrendous queue at checkin. Standing in line for over 45 minutes. If the line moved it may have been ok but they had people standing in front of one receptionist for over 1/2 an hour. No one talking to the queue explaining they were short staffed it was so frustrating. Then they said they would give us $35 drinks credit which they never applied on our bill. I used express check out so couldn’t argue the point because there was no way I was going through that hell again at checkout. We noticed the checkin line seemed that long the whole time we were there. They used the excuse they were short staffed but it seems to be a permanent arrangement. Left sour taste.
Excellent Hotel and staff”
Our stay at the Bellagio was fantastic and enjoyable. Unbelievable hotel the room size and quality. The swimming pools are super huge and areas to relax and enjoy. Look forward to staying again and again.
Bed has bedbug”
The bed has bedbug
Refreshments in the mini bar in the room are mind blowing expensive! Better take your own fridge as you can't even but your own water etc in the fridge without a charge ha! Other than that the hotel is mind blowing.
Need Chairs around the common area I think you lose business from men who don't want to just stand in the hall as woman shops (as the Venetian does )I was so tired I just hurried my wife up but I know she would have spent more time had I had a place to sit down your loss. The place in 5 stars in every regard but keeps in mind smoky conditions almost daily not a place for kids or nonsmokers horrible constant smell some hotels do a better job or air recirculation not sure how but something to think of. Found other newer hotels ARIA much better om the smoke. Shops all 5 stars, restaurants the best with view , enjoyed my stay but will try another 5 star that has seats and less smoke Tom Adams Phoenix
Beautiful hotel and experience, watch out for resort fees”
The Bellagio is very central and rooms are really nice. Most customer service was really high quality. We really enjoyed our stay there until check-out when we were told we had to pay an extra $40USD per night for resort fees (use of the pool, fitness centre, Wi-Fi etc). This is mandatory for all hotels on the strip so be careful! It is not included in your booking on any website. The manager we spoke to was very rude about it and that was the only negative customer service experience we had. No one had told us anything about these fees until check out and there's no way of getting out of them- so add $40usd to the price of the room per night on any booking website and that is the real price. We loved being in Las Vegas and the bellagio was central enough for us to walk to most places. It also has one of the nicest casinos on the strip, and had an incredible Christmas display in the indoor garden area.
Average service. Good location though. ”
Doesn’t live up to its hype. Cold reception. Restaurants are expensive but food is not that good. Room facilities are not equal to a 5 star hotel. Room is far more different from picture Agoda confirmed to us on website. Only location is good.
Nice hotel but not great when traveling with small children Booked 1st 2 nights of my 7 night stay in Bellagio. Switched to Vdara. Bellagio tried to charge 50$ to have a microwave in my room. Vdara had a kitchen with microwave. Will return but without the kids
I was excited to stay at Bellagio and it did not disappoint - I had amazing and direct view of the renowned fountains. The lady who checked me in was the sweetest and friendliest. Unfortunately, there were a few kinks that affected my experience. Firstly, I’d been to many hotels and this was the first that quoted me almost $36 when I requested for a hot water kettle. That aside, when I called to accept an offer to extend my stay, the lady who answered my call said I will have to look for the person who made that offer to me - I had to waste time queueing (again), showing email threads etc to validate the offer that was quoted to me earlier on - internal communication and guest service could be improved.
